I was seen early. Physician was great. Staff were very pleasant. My only concern was the parking. I was advised to return to the second floor to get my parking sticker stamped before going to the garage. However, I still had to pay and had difficulty with the process.

I appreciate that Dr. Vilcu was able to keep the atmosphere lighthearted even though he knew that I was anxious. I also appreciate that he was very caring when he administered my biopsy, that he was very apologetic. He knew that it was uncomfortable for me, but he knew that it was necessary. Four decades, I have sought care at Sinai Hospital for a diverse range of medical needs. Unfortunately, over the last eight months, I have observed a significant decline in the hospital's services and infrastructure. Low moral, poor sanitation, facility issues and staff shortages are troubling. I hope these concerns are resolved quickly.

The Dr made me feel at ease, and talked to me about all the info I needed to know

Hard to schedule appointments.

Explained my health issues in a clear way and the actions I should take.

IF I have any issues which need to get be resolved I am going to be cautious.

Doctor was not able to answer any additional questions pertaining to the new diagnosis I was given by them.

This was a first time visit. "Jackie ",the receptionist greeted me immediately upon entering. The Technician's friendly smile and conversation helped to remove first time uneasiness. Dr. Vilcu is a rare and real gem. He discussed and compared data from my medical history as far back as 2017. He gave a summary of information using computer images, personal drawings, giving explanations that I could grasp. At the same time, he was not condescending. I told my sister later, that at one point, Dr Vilcu acted like we attended medical school together ?. But I understood. He was so thorough that I asked if he taught at the university. From this first encounter,leaves me with a deep measure of trust in his knowledge and skills thus, relieving much concern about my health. THANK YOU SIR!

Medication needs doctor approval. Pharmacy still waiting on doctor to reach out to insurance company for approval for Medication.

I would like to receive a printout of instructions from the doctor. He gave me a lot of information about how I should take my meds, but I can't remember all the details. If I had it typed out to me, I can refer back to it.

I've been a patient of Dr. Vilcu's for several years. He is a caring physician who keeps informed of all areas in his field and, thus, can impart valuable up-date-information on medical studies and physical fitness programs to improve my quality of life. While I live over two hours away, I would never consider changing my endocrinologist. He's great!

Dr. Vilcu was very In personal and a little rough with me and I don't approve of his delivery as an Endocrinologist.

Staff and doctor are great. Only one grip is the inability to talk to someone on the phone. Myself and my pharmacy can not get through by phone and the pharmacy can't get any "updates" on my new prescriptions. No updates on my prescriptions, no meds are dispensed.
