The only thing that I have that's negative, but it's not your fault, is the fact it took me six months to get an appointment. So, but other than that, but I realize you being a provider that's tough to get into, that does make it difficult. So hopefully you can bring more quality people on staff so people don't have to wait as long to get their foot in the door. That is it. Thank you.

It is absolutely ridiculous that my father had to wait as long as he did for an appointment. We waited weeks and then when it got close to the appointment time, we got called and said we needed an hour-long appointment, not a 30-minute appointment. We get to the, we get to, so, and it got scheduled out another six weeks. Nobody would tell us over the phone about any of the test results. I mean, they did about the, like one thing, but the major thing, I couldn't, they, I didn't get it, we didn't get any answers on. There was a huge months worth of confusion and uncertainty and like my mom was battling cancer and then my dad was battling cancer and it's at the same time and it's like it's it just made things

Crystal is very efficient and professional to deal with.

She told us things no other neurologist shared with us. She also shared tests and showed pictures which we had not been shown before by a neurologist. We were very pleased with her knowledge and our concerns.

This was my first visit with Crystal and I was very impressed she studied all my records and knew my history. Finally I might have some answers to my leg issues. I was very happy the office took me back after Dr. Husain left the practice. Everyone there very professional and knowledgeable and kind.

Ms. Riley was easy to work with and she was very professional and showed she cared about what is happening to me. Very thorough in the exam given for this visit.

I couldn't make my next appointment because the scheduling system was being upgraded. Who on Earth upgrades a software system during business hours? I work in the IT world and I would be fired if I planned to do software upgrades during business hours. I was told I would be called when the system was back up. Sadly, that was 60 hours (2.5 days) ago and I have not heard from anybody. In the morning, it will be a full 3 days since my visit. How long does a software upgrade take? Maybe you should get some competent IT support folks so that situations like this don't happen in the future.

I was pleased with my provider. She was very thorough. I do have another appointment in a month, and she told me what to do in the meantime, and she made a lot of sense, and she also showed me the spots of my brain and what could cause them. So, yes, she was very good. That's all.
