Cynthia R Davis, CRNP

I see Cynthia Davis all the time. I have seen her for years. She is wonderful. She is brilliant. She explains everything to a tee. She's a gold medal winner in my book. I would recommend her to anyone that is in need of a PA. Also, everyone in the staff that I see on my way back there is just top-notch. Gold medal to the whole staff and mainly Cynthia Davis.

The wait time was astronomically long and I seemed like I was lost waiting forever and ever like always. However, Cynthia Davis, my provider, I'll recommend it to my wife for care, is a wonderful physician, not physician, but a nurse practitioner who really cares about me for a long time. But the waiting room and the longevity for appointment times, it's always, I can get here a half hour late, doesn't matter, because I'm always a half hour late at least. So please correspond with people and make sure appointments are taken on time because I have a life too. I love my caregiver, but I hate the waiting time, especially when there's appointments and they're way behind. Thank you.

Just the reception there, it was nice, but they need to be more comfortable for the customers. Everything else, everybody else in this office, they treated me good and I've been in that company for maybe 20 years. Thank you. Bye-bye.

Cindy Davis is a very knowledgeable CNP. She is extremely smart, and provides clear and precise details in regards to my health!

I appreciate the thorough time, attention, and care Cindy takes with her patients. I would urge everyone in the practice to make this a priority. Building loss power and went to generator. Computers did not come back up, but no one in building displayed capabilty to turn PC's back online, connect laptops to printers, and staff was more worried about going home then taking care of patients properly. Once the technology went down all staff became helpless.

I was told I have diabetes type 2. And my provider prescribed the medication.However, they did not follow what the insurance company and the medication was not given to me.From the pharmacy i've been trying for days to follow up with no return calls and no forward progress.I'm very disappointed.

Cindy Davis made me feel heard. She diagnosed me quickly, explained my diagnosis and prescriptions, told me to call her if I didn't see results by a certain time. I felt confident and comfortable when I left.

It would have been much smoother for the Dr if the computer in the exam room was up and running.

The call center is extremely frustrating. I have not been able to make my appointments or get a hold of my office going through the call center. And I've been having to drive over to the actual office to ask for my refills and to schedule my appointment. You need to do better.

Cynthia Davis made an excellent decision to send me for an ankle x-ray, but I was not able to get the results from the medical center. Plus the Lifebridge patient portal did not work. It was necessary for me to create a patient portal directly with Advanced Radiology for my test results. Since no-one from Carroll Medical Group contacted me, I made an appointment with a specialist.

Cindy is very knowledgeable about my health and life experiences. She took her time making sure that all the information I provided was up to date!

The new way to book appointments and call my primary care office is indirect, impersonal and inefficient. I have considered physically going to the providers office to make appointments and ask questions instead of calling because of this.

Very upset calls goto a call center who makes the decision if you can be seen the same day. The people at the call center are rude, poor patient satisfaction, and is unacceptable for them to make that decision. I miss and suggest the calls for appointments go back to the office. It was too many transfers to just get someone to get me a same day appointment. Also, my call dropped numerous times once it got answered. If this continues, I may have to look elsewhere for care where the office staff actually treats you like a person & my appointment can be made on that same phone call and not be transferred. I am hearing the same issue with other patients.

The 800 number to get an appointment failed. I finally received a call back after 6 or more calls to the 800 number and when I did get the call back, it was an office 30 minutes from my home and not my normal doctors office that is 2 minutes away. I ended up driving to my local office and speaking directly to them for my appointment.

Cynthia Davis is probably 1 of the best doctors I've ever been associate with. I've been going to her since 2008, 2009. and she knows everything about me inside and out. She's the best provider takes the time. Follows through remember stuff, but she's just 1 of the best providers.
