The waiting time needs some work there.

I wasn't sure what to expect because this was the first time I was meeting with this provider. He surpassed all of my expectations. He was extremely knowledgeable about my history, even though this was the first time I've seen him. I would definitely recommend this provider this Office and This staff awesome experience.

Dr Hamidi has taken care of me well over the years. Some times hard to get in and they are always running behind.

Being notified in advance if provider is running behind. I waited1.5 hours past my appointment time to be seen. I was on work time, so very disappointed that this happened.

Well, technically, this is Dr. Cyrus is the best primary care doctor I ever had. And this is the honest, the goodness truth. So I don't have nothing else to say, but he's the best one I've ever had. Keep up the good work, Dr. Cyrus.

In the first 30 seconds of meeting me he let me know he feels the world in overpopulated. I didn't say anything but thought it was a conflict of interest. His goal should be helping people be healtheir and live longer which is counterintuitive to believing we have too many people . Later he started to lecture me about gun control and was insistant on knowing if I owned a gun or not which is not information I share with anyone let alone people I just met. He let me know guns are the number one killer of children and was asking about my specific living situation and if I kept a gun locked up and lived with my kids. I never argued if I agree or disagree with his views and his specific views are not why I ended the appointment. I ended it because his views did not belong in the appointment. I told him he was supposed to be their to help people not lecture them about his political beliefs. It was a very strange encounter. More importantly it was a giant waste of time. At the end he asked it I had my coat and said sarcastically that he was here to help me implying he didn't want me to get sick not wearing a coat. I had some nasty words to say on my way out and left. I would like my $25.00 back. He did not even attempt to help me. I don't need the $25.00 but it is the principle of it. I have never experienced anything quite like this and it was so strange I can't be the only person who has had this type of issue before.

Dr. Hamidi is absolutely my favorite provider. He is always, he's on his game. He's knowledgeable and experienced and I will always come back to him.

Dr Hamidi listens to his patient and when it is needed he gives the right medication to help with the medical problem. He gives information and referrals to specialists that will help. My husband was just there and Dr Hamidi gave him medication to relieve his misery and also referred him to a specialist to help him. We got in the next day.

The appointment started 35 minutes late, as a telehealth appointment. I requested a type of medication and he prescribed something else which my insurance barely covered, when there was another option that could've been covered more. I tried reaching back out to switch the medication and they never got back to me. Now it is too late.

Very friendly understood my age and it's effect on my general state of health brought my blood pressure down from 160/66 when we started the meeting to 120/60 when the meeting ended a very pleasurable meeting took his time to fill out the necessary forms that I brought to him for completion thank you all provider and staff. Look forward to my next visit.

Dr. Hamidi is a great physician and his knowledge, bedside manner, and humor reminds of the past when doctors took the time to know their patients and their concerns. He is a gifted doctor.

Dr. Hamidi is the consummate professional. He is in tune with his patients health requirements. Very respectful and understanding. A credit to the Lifebridge organization. In spite of some glitches with the call center my experience was seamless.

Would like to be seen in a more timely matter

I didn't get my refill prescription for blood pressure medication and have made two calls to office to try to rectify that but still no response regarding the prescription.

I love Dr. Hamidi as a doctor. I cannot stand the fact that I cannot get through to the office anymore and I have to speak to some call service. And I do not like the fact that the messages and medicine requests cannot be done online because this office does not read them. But I love Dr. Hamidi, so we stick around. Thank you. I have to drain that.

I've been going to Dr. Hamidi for years and appreciate that he explains everything to me and recommend only treatments that will help me treat any current medical conditions that I seek help for from him.

Office nice and organized. Front staff very helpful. Dr Hamidi was very informative and thorough with exam.

When I called to get an appointment I fierts encountered a robotic voice that then transferred me to a screening center. It was frustrating to have to go through that screening center and have to explain my problem, confirm all my basic personal information then be asked if I wanted to go to urgent care. If I had wanted to go to urgent care l would not have called the office. After saying I didn't want to go to urgent care l was offered an appointment 3 weeks out. I said I needed to be seen sooner. Then I was connected to the doctor's office where I had to explain everything all over again. You may think this is an efficient system but I would have to disagree. I can't imagine how frustrating it must be for anyone who is older and has difficulty hearing. I think that Dr Hamidi it a wonderful physician but I can't say that I am impressed with Lifebridge's system for answering calls.

I saw a medical student who was very nice and explained a number of things. He had a wonderful personality and was willing to answer my questions. Dr Hamidi was also very nice and went over several different medications that could help with my problems. All I all I was treated with respect and concern. As for your call center my opinion is that you should get rid of them!!!

Dr. Hamidi is a fantastic Doctor. Always has been. The staff at the facility were great. The life bridge call center is an absolute, disgusting bunch of garbage. If and when Dr. Hamidi stops practicing, I will find a new physician associated with any group but lifebridge health. I will continue to avoid working with any other lifebridge services for me and my family at all costs.

Great experience. Took time to listen and understand my thoughts/concerns. Easy to communicate with and good conversations. One of the best engagements with a doctor ever.

It was difficult to get the front office personnel to enable me to get my blood work test ordered. Multiple tries - and finally success but I had to move my appointment back due to this lack of attention.

The new practice of not calling my doctor directly at the office is a terrible idea! Whoever thought that a patient would get positive attention from doctors ordering prescription medication should have their head examined! Also the bean counter that implemented this action should be fired! Since the change I am not receiving my insulin prescription refills. I had to go to Dr office to accomplish this! Not good!!!

Dr. Hamidi and Patty are very caring and listen carefully to everything we needed to discuss.

The wait time was extremely excessive. It was one hour and 40 minutes after my appointment time, which I had waited three and a half weeks to get. In discussing it with the doctor, it seems that the office had absolutely totally rescheduled and packed his schedule. I find this absolutely ludicrous when you'll cancel my appointment if I'm 15 minutes late. I am highly considering seeking another professional because this office is run in such a very poor fashion and this has been going on for years.

You should also be asking about the medical assistants! They were very good. Your telephone appointment/message system is NOT good and needs to be improved.

Dr. Hamidi is the best PCP I've ever had and I'm grateful for his depth of knowledge, his approachability, his thoughtfulness, and his twll it like it is nature.

The call line is horrendous and they make things difficult instead of just calling office like it used to be. Please delete the call center it is timely and absolutely unhelpful

Great doctor

I had to visit the doctor's office to schedule my appointment. The Call Center is difficult to navigate with long hold times and quite impersonal. It's unfortunate that LifeBridge seems to care more about reducing expenses than patient care and building relationships.

Doctor smelled better

I have been a patient of Dr Hamidi for 25 years. My mother, my sister, my husband and my children are all patients of Dr Hamidi. We are all so frustrated by the care we have received by Lifebridge. Dr Hamidi is excellent but the call center, the wait time, the inefficiency of the corporation is maddening. I have waited on hold for 40 minutes to get a prescription refilled-multiple times! My daughter was listed as a "new patient" she has been seeing Dr Hamidi for14 years! My other daughter in college needs a referral to see a specialist, she waited on hold for 30 minutes and then was told they wouldn't give her a referral without and appointment but the specialist wouldn't take the appointment without the referral. While this was not the fault of Dr Hamidi, it took her hours of wait time to get it straightened out, but we still don't have the referral. We love Dr Hamidi. We will follow him anywhere. We honestly hope he leaves Lifebridge soon. We understand that automation is the way things are, but you all have the worst automation and support systems of any doctor I have ever used. Fix your call center. Fix your patient treatment. Get your records straight. Let the doctor work!

I love my provider, but I think the life bridge health computer system and phone system is absolute crap and you need to fix it. I wish my provider did not switch to your facility in general. Thank you.

Dr Hamidi was extremely nice ans easy to talk to and nice!

The general atmosphere and culture of the healthcare industry tend to be less personal and caring in nature. Profit has usurped personal care and time to be cordial.

Dr. Hamidi provides expert care in a friendly and efficient manner. He is open to questions about my care, listens attentively and answers thoroughly.

I'd like to have an open line of communication because the person that handles scheduling couldn't seem to find anyone else when he transferred the phone call- I wanted to talk to someone else about my medication and I have more questions and he said someone would call me back and they never did..... so I'm still waiting for someone to call!!!!!

Due to an unforeseen circumstance with a medical student I had to wait for an hour past my appointed time. Since I am retired I could afford the time but no one came to the room to explain why I was waiting. I stepped out to find the medical assistant to direct me to the ladies room and she didn't seem to know the reason for the delay. As stated, I could afford the time to wait that day. However, someone could have stuck their head in & informed me of the situation. It was very frustrating.

The phone system and front desk staff are terrible. I was on hold for over 30 Minoans finally left a call back number which I never got. I am seriously looking for another PCP because of this.

The best doc in the area!

This was a virtual visit with secure video link which I was unable to connect with. My appointment time was 4pm. Fortunately Dr Hamidi got me at 445pm on my phone and we completed the visit just on the phone. Perfectly satisfied with quality of the conversation. With the quality of service provided the extra wait time was absolutely worth it. Thank you!!

I think I didn't completely understand what a wellness exam covered. My former GP must have combined the wellness exam with a physical. Based on what she did,I expected an EKG,a slip for blood work,someone to check the addominal area, and a testing of my reflexes. The doctor that I saw for my wellness exam had a student with him and I agreed to let her sit in for the exam. However,I thought the doctor spent time with the student that could have been focused on me.

Dr. Hamidi has been our family doctor since he began his practice. He has been a wonderful physician to us.

It was a great visit once I was seen. My appt was for 12:40p and I was taken back to an exam room by about 12:35p, then the doctor peeked in to say he was running behind, and then saw me around 1:45p so 1 hr 5 minutes late, which meant I had to call and change my next appointment. Also, the phone line is terrible--cannot get help on the call center line, only when I get to Patty at the front desk.

Lifebridge's new answering service makes it impossible to schedule an appointment or speak with an individual let alone the doctor. The system does not answer calls, return calls , in short it is totally useless and it is not the fault of the facility staff. The only way to get an appointment is to physically go to the office and make an appointment in person.

The best way to improve your service is to have your call center. Trying to get an appointment at your Maids Chapel facility is horrendous. Your phone service is probably the worst I've ever encountered in any healthcare system. Your provider, Dr. Cyrus Hamidi, is absolutely the best. He is overbooked. It is difficult to get an appointment with him because he is so good, everybody wants to be with him. So the first thing you can do is your first line is when the healthcare system, when we call, we get someone who knows what they're doing, we are able to get through, and we are able to make a timely appointment. I have been with Dr. Cyrus Hamidi for seven years, so I have a long history with him. He is fantastic.

I called about 10 times to try and get an appointment. I was unable to get through to the office to schedule an appointment. I drove to the office and had to walk into the office to schedule an appointment. This is ridiculous! Very disappointing!

Dr. Hamidi is great. The front people are great. The check in system is pretty bad.

The doctor & staff were great. They have changed everything if you need to call the office. They now use a call service that is not good. Everyone has been complaining about it & I am waiting at this time but might find another doctor that has the support like this office use to have.

A wait of an hour and fifteen minutes is too long

Dr. Hamidi is a very caring and helpful Doctor. He listens to his patient and tries to solve any issues with the patient's input. Most unusual in today's medical profession. Most Do tors just wa t to get you in and move you along with no sense of the patient's needs. Not a good thing.

Dr Hamidi is excellent. He gives adequate time, is knowledgeable about your medical history, explains everything in understandable terms, and provides honest opinions.

Dr was good as usual. Front desk person. Was fine, not particularly friendly. MA seems like a waste of time and money. Weight and BP. No question of medications Im taking.

Phone system does not work had to wait a hour with no one answering. Had to make all appointments and communication in person. This is a big disappointment !!!

I waited 80 minutes for my appointment to begin.

The appointment experience has become a nightmare. The call center is horrible. Have to wait a long time the first time and the second time I called the person was rude. I have with my provider for over 15 years. That may change. Frustrating.

This was my first time meeting with this doctor as my former doctor retired in June. When I made this appointment I wasn't sure if I would stay with practice, but I found this doctor to be very supportive and relaxed and honest and I am going to stay with this practice

I love Dr. Hamidi he always listens and explains things so you can understand.

My doctor is very caring and knowledgeable about my condition. I am very disappointed and concerned about the length of time I had to wait to get an appointment. When I called to get an appointment I was told the earliest my doctor could see my was two month away. So for two months I had to suffer with my condition before I got to see a doctor.

Inability to get to the provider office when i called. I was kept waiting for a long time, nobody answered. I left my number for any call back, nobody called me back. I needed my medication refilled and new prescription but nevef was able to reach anyone until i went to the office. I am not sure what's going on but this is the the customer service i am usedto having.

Dr. Hamidi is so kind and caring. He answers all of my questions and any concerns I have he makes sure that I understand in depth the situation. He takes time to reassure and I always leave feeling confident and in control of my health.

Only second or third time I have seen this new provider. It gets better each time I see him. Only drawback is the 45 minute wait.

The call center told me they no longer took my insurance, which was incorrect. They also said I couldn't get an appointment for months, which was also incorrect. I would strongly advise you to check that system, because I was looking for a new doctor/medical system.

As my first visit I was very impressed as to his approach to my treatment and his long term treatment for my medical care as my primary care doctor. As for being on time I had to admit he was quite behind. But on completion of my visit I was pleased with his thoroughness so in long run pleased that he gave me the time I deserved so wait was worth it. Look forward to a continued association. I was a new patient so of course the doctor didn't know my medical history. He was very thorough in asking questions to obtain more medical background on me. I asked for a referral to PT, a wellness exam in the near, and an increased dosage of my blood pressure medication. He did all three things.

Why does LifeBridge have me answer the questionnaire on my mental health? Does anyone ever answer these questions in a truthful way if they have depression or suicidal thoughts? I wonder what the data shows.

Yes, my only problem is not with the doctor. The doctor was very courteous. I'm just having a problem with this practice that I can never get an appointment when I really need an appointment. Any time that I'm sick or I need to see a doctor, nobody in the practice is available. The only time I end up seeing them is on my physical, which I take a few months in advance. So my only concern is I need to have a provider where when I need to be seen, I can be seen. And this is the problem I'm having with this group. Thank you.

This practice appears to always be very busy and sometimes additional tests, screening, etc, are not real timely so the entire visit might be 60-90 minutes. Likely a resource problem. Not unhappy with the practice!

Dr Hamidi has been my PC doctor for about 20 years now. Hopefully he won't retire anytime soon!!

Is my first meeting with Dr. Hamidi he absolutely put me at my ease and encourage me to pursue my heart, current lifestyle lifestyle, and health practice. The staff was lovely they could not have been any nicer. I will always use this practice.
