I've been a patient of Dan's for over 25 years. We absolutely love him and everyone in the office. I do not like that we cannot get in touch with them directly, that we have to go through someone now. It is very inconvenient, especially if we would like to get an appointment that day with a cancellation or something. You can no longer do that. That is the only displeasure I have about the place. Other than that, we love it.

He doesn't make me feel like I am a hypochondriac when I provide information like most providers do. He always puts my mind at ease. I cannot recommend him enough.

The new calling system is horrible. Talking to a foreigner who which you cannot understand asking you, your symptoms asking you about your insurance when my healthcare provider has all this information already is unacceptable. There's no reason that there should be this many steps to make a doctors appointment.

ALL of the staff in this office are phenomenal! They are friendly and caring. I never feel rushed in any step of the process.

I had a work injury, I attempted a emergency walk in at my primary care Dr;, the lady at the front desk said they could not help me what so ever theat I could go to an Urgent Care, so I did, they treated me and told me I had to follow up with my primary care Dr to be seen within 3 days, so after I got home I called the call center, they tried to schedule me out 3 weeks, I said that isn't gonna work, then tried 2 weeks, i told them this was a workmans comp situation, then after I got defensive about it the guy sent my call to drs office, they finally got me in within 2 days, this call center is not good at all, or any help what so ever.

Dr Dan is phenomenal! I have recommended him to family and friends and everyone loves him.

Did not have any tests

Dan and Amanda are the greatest team and I feel so heard and understood by them. Dan spent longer than anticipated with me at my appointment to fully hear me out so that we can create a plan to figure out what is going on and his compassion, reassurance, knowledge and experience means the world to me and I left confident in knowing I am in good hands with a provider who cares.

Amanda the medical asst and Dan my provider are the absolute best. Great team caring and professional. In and out in a timely manner with both listening to all my concerns. Dan even checked my ears, nose and throat for any signs of sickness since so many are ill at this time.

I just wanted to say that they didn't ask for my medications because I do not take any medications. Thank you.

Yes, the facility is very clean. It's very good. The people working there that greet you are very good and excellent at what they do. And Dr. Daniel Pika, I've had him as a physician for the last 30-some years. And I tell you what, man gets better every day. He talks to you like you're a human being and at times he listens to what you have to say and doesn't try to overcome you with anything. I wish there was more doctors like that. Dan Pika, P.A.-C is an outstanding primary care provider. He is caring, personable, but most importantly, knowledgeable. I trust him completely with diagnosing and treating me. There are other providers closer to my home, but seeing Dan is worth the drive.

Lifebridge health's call center is a joke and if my doctor wasn't so awesome I would leave and go somewhere that isn't affiliated with lifebridge health. My doctor is the only reason I put up with it. Everyone including staff complains about your call center so do something about it.

Impossible to get results from X-ray.

Your phone service and all that sucks. You need to go back to, let them go back to handling it. They know what's going on. A third-party system just doesn't work. And I don't know why you guys can't let things go back to the way they were.

My wife and I have been going to Dan Pika for about 20 years with his assistant Amanda. We make sure we get our insurance that covers us going to him we feel very comfortable and he treats you as a person not a number or a dollar sign he answers all your questions and make sure you understand his answers before you leave

My experience was great, but having to communicate with my provider through someone in another country is ridiculous. It was much easier to communicate with my doctors office before Lifebridge screwed it up. Please FIX this asap!!!

Calling the doctors office is impossible! The call center is horrible! Why are we unable to call directly to the doctor office? We need to be able to talk to the office about appointments, medication etc. without going through a call center. It's the worse experience I've ever had trying to get through. Inexcusable! We've even resorted to driving to the office to communicate with them because it's faster and messages don't seem to get through to the dr.

My wife and I have been going to see Dan for over 30 years. He is like family. Our children are patients of his also and we have recommended him to several friends. What myself and everyone else do not like is now you can't call the office and talk to people that work there. I can't count how many times over this 30 years that I've had to call there in the morning to see if there's cancellations because my wife or I were sick or the kids were sick now we can no longer do that because of the new system you have implemented. I really don't think you all care about how we feel about this because if you did, you would go back to the old way. I can't imagine I'm the only one that has complained about this because I've talked to several dozen people about this, and they all say the same thing we've just become another number to you. Well, everything is very friendly. They treat you very well, even if you don't speak Spanish, because there's always a translator waiting for you. It's one of the things I like a lot, that's why I would recommend Jai Medical and especially Dr. Pika. His staff is very friendly, always has a very good charisma, I hope they always continue like this. At first it wasn't much, but now the staff maybe. They changed it. I've been using the same health insurance for my daughters for five years, and at first, almost, or maybe I didn't understand it very much, but now they're very friendly. They always have a translator on video calls, and that's what I love because they can explain any questions I have about my daughter. I tell the translator, and the translator tells them exactly how I tell them.

Dan's the man! Could not ask for a better provider. Amanda is just as wonderful!

When we have a comeback to the same doctor, then it's a good rating. When you do stuff like this and take up our time at home, it's not so great for us, not them. Bye.

Trying to get an appointment with the new call center was terrible. It took me two days to talk with someone and when I finally did there was a crying baby in the back ground. I don't believe the person could hear what I was saying. This was not very professional.

Not too happy about having to use a call center to make appointments. Would prefer to talk to office staff

I was really sick with a UTI and was told the soonest appointment I could get was 2 weeks and was told to go to urgent care. The med I was given helped but was too strong and made me sicker. I have PTSD and could not eat and take the meds and am still recovering. Dan was able to help me through this horrible time.

The change from being able to call in and talk to someone at the front desk to having to go through a call center is the worst decision!! Wait times to get through are ridiculous and I have yet to speak to a courteous person.

I've been a patient here for over 20 years and have nothing but great things to say about Dan, Sheri, Amanda, and the rest of the staff. BUT, re-routing the phone lines to call center reps instead of the on-site receptionists has been AWFUL. The wait times for someone to pick up can take at least an hour. And they won't connect you with anyone on-site to answer specific questions. This goes completely against the top notch level of customer service that this office has provided for over 20 years.

Your new call center operation is deplorable. The agents do not answer the calls. I have personally been on hold at least 15 to 20 minutes and then been cut off. If a message is left for someone to call back a call is not returned. A horrible customer service change. A real nightmare trying to get through a wonderful medical practice.

Kind caring attentive staff feel very lucky

When I called to make an appointment I was told that I had to call back the next day to get a "same day appointment". I also work for a provider and I was worried that I could not call back at the designated 8am to get in. I asked why I could not just get an appointment whilst I was on the phone, but to get an appt I had to call the next morning. It seems silly to do this and was frustrating. So I did call, not at the 8am as we were busy, but at 9 and told "yes if you can come at ..." so I took the appt, had to discuss with my manager to ensure I could take the time away from our office etc. It would have been beneficial if they would have just given me the appt the day before. Having said all of this, Dan Pika is an amazing provider, so very on top of everything it makes the appointment-making experience a small thing.

My wife and I have had Dan Pika and his assistant Amanda for over 20 years. We will continue to go to them. They treat us with respect talk to us as a person and explains everything that's going on as a person and not just a number or $.They talked to us about our family and our grandchildren, and we always ask them about their family and their kids. We feel very comfortable and we trust them fully.

Everyone there friendly and efficient. LifeBridge has made a very irresponsible decision to use call centers. Only very early can you get a call back in a sensible time. Also phone calls from them do not have ID as from LifeBridge. Seniors are scammed a lot and don't want to pick up a phone call from an unidentified entity. No mail notification was given for change. LifeBridge has the funds to send out mailings for money but not for a drastic change like this. Very disappointing!!!!

The College Square office, everyone is very friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. Best experience I've ever had in a doctor's office. Dan could not be more knowledgeable and kind. He certainly knows all of his stuff. He took his time with me and it was a very good experience having that appointment. The only problem is LifeBridge needs to get their phone system straightened out. I tried to call for a week and had problems with the phone. So I understand it's in all of the LifeBridge offices, but that's a real, real hassle when you're trying to get a hold of an appointment. Thank you.

It was a very good experience. Everybody was polite and helpful, and Dan was great. He listened to all my problems, tried to solve them as quickly as he could, and suggested medications and the tests that I needed to have done. It made me feel very like he was taking care of me, and I was all right, I was in good hands. And everybody was very nice, and that's that.

Dan is so good at what he does. I leave there feeling very cared for. He was tight on appts so the televisit worked perfect for both of us.

Dr's don't really listen or care about what I say.

Dan calls me with test results promptly and reviews past visits thoroughly with me each time. That is a plus and makes me feel like he is familiar with my history each time. That is very important.
