My whole experience was absolutely wonderful. It was a serious visit that I had to have and just the warmth, the listening, just all of it was absolutely perfect and made me feel so at ease.

It is understandably frustrating when front desk staff are unhelpful, especially when there is a discrepancy between reservation details (Suite 230) and the location attended (Suite 220). There should be a note on suite 230 telling patients to go to suite 220. Or the confirmation emails need to be updated. Front desk staff should facilitate a seamless experience, and poor service or misinformation often leads to legitimate complaints. The pens didnt work at registration. I filled out my paperwork online and was told at arrival the online platform didn't work so I had to reduce to forms again.

I felt heard, understood, and cared for. I only wish all providers could have the support to be like this - how medical teams should be. Please make sure you support them with tools, salary/benefits, and great working environment so that they stay on to help others. Really - in this nightmare, they are a dream come true.

My experience was fantastic. In a high stress situation the staff was warm and welcoming which eased the mood. They were bubbly and very friendly. My Dr. was absolutely amazing. She was very thorough on explaining everything and in a way that was calming. My overall visit from registration to checking out was about 30-40 minutes.

She went above and beyond the call of duty by explaining why I really need to lose weight, especially regarding cancer. I was so pleased to find a breast doctor, as it was difficult to find one. She instilled confidence in her skills. She was always thorough. She listened. She also showed that she cared about your well-being. And that's very important when you're dealing with a disease like cancer. And I trust her recommendations on everything. I've recommended her to my sister and to my stepdaughter. I was emotional, having recently lost my husband. I was listened to and treated with kindness and compassion.

Provider did not offer much information about the surgical procedure that she did. She said no cancer was detected but little else. Gave us a sheet explaining the analysis that was done but it was definitely not in layman's language.

Dr. Hobart and her staff show caring support, with respect and kindness to all of her patients. They supported me through my cancer journey offering good information, helpful contacts and kindness.

This place makes a difficult time so much easier. They treat you with respect, dignity, humor, and a lot of TLC. It's not really possible to enjoy the experience, but it comes close. From Dr. Hobart to the nurses, to the staff, they all care deeply about you as a person, not just a diesease.

I was able to get an appointment very quickly and was seen very promptly. The staff and provider were very respectful and considerate of issues, providing me a with great service experience.

Always feel comfortable and heard, including all my questions answered to the best of doctor's current knowledge. If I have concerns, I'm provided additional resources that will help me navigate staying as healthy as possible.

I hate your dimly lit waiting room and your pink folders!!! Nobody wants to be in a breast care center. These things make it worse.

My appt was at Northwest Hospital in Randallstown. All of the people I had contact with from receptionists to the doctor made me feel very comfortable and were very helpful. Five stars all the way.

Dr.Hobart is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I was disappointed that she didn't remember that my severly leaking Tricuspid Valve was still leaking, but not as much as before. They improved it but could not completly fix it. There was too much of a gap. This surgery was done just 4 mon. after Masectomy.Maybe I'm expecting too much.

Everyone one at the Breast center was attentive and explained everything. My concerns were answered and eased my nerves.
