I had to see an eye specialist in between seeing Dr. Abrams. Dr. Abrams didn't ask me about my condition. Also, I was hoping to get an update of my eyes being that I have not had an eye exam in several years such as do I have cataracts or if my eyes still appear dry and if I needed to continue taking eye drops. I was provided very little information at my appointment by the physician.

Appointment scheduled for 2. Tech took me exactly at 2. Not seen by doctor till 2:40 pm and was out 2:45 pm.

I would have liked to know more about what's happening. I'm supposed to be operated on and I'm left in the dark. I feel scared now. I'm scared and worried because I didn't know that there could be a problem with the surgery and now they're putting it off and I don't know how long that's safe to do and it worries me because I have cataracts and I need them operated on. And I hope it doesn't take a long time. It wasn't indicated how long I would have to wait and I don't have any other recourse and it just left me feeling very uncomfortable and very unsettled.

Everyone from the front desk to April, who I saw prior to Dr Abrams were all very pleasant and also Dr Abrams.

Yes, I've been coming to see Dr. Abrams for many years. He's taken care of my whole family, my mother, my father, my sister, my brother-in-law and me. So he knows the whole Kitts family and he has been wonderful to us and I will miss when we don't have him anymore because I know he probably wants to retire someday. But we love Dr. Abrams and he is the best doctor I've ever had. So I appreciate him and I will miss him if he ever leaves. Thank you.

The technician who saw me about my eye prescription was very patient and took great care in explaining my glasses and why they were correct I was thinking they were too strong

I showed up two hours early due to misreading my calendar notation and I was seen at that time. That kind of says it all.

The word "unique" is not the appropriate word for this question. They were courteous, asked our name since w both appointments and had the same last name. They asked every patient the same questions. We had pre-registered which the process easier for them!

Hi, I would just like to say that Dr. Abrams has been the best for me in my health. From the experience I've had since 2014 to 2025, I now have 20-20 vision. When I came in in 2015, I was almost completely blind. I lost my peripheral vision in my right eye, but I can honestly say today, I am so grateful for my experiences with him for these last, what was it, seven years. And I can't say enough. I guess it's been 12 years actually. So thanks again, Dr. Abrams, and to the best for you going forward. Thank you for being my doctor. Have a good day.

Efficient medical service, top drawer medical service staff couldn't have been nicer. My technician, can't remember her name, but she was delightful. The reason I answered "no" on the appointment being on time was my fault because I went to the Quarry Lake site when I should have gone to the Sinai location. I had been informed of this when the appointment was set up, but forgot. The office was willing to take me while I was about 10 minutes late.

I was very disappointed that no mention was made of my cataract. And that's basically my concern. Thank you.

I now know the provider had a family emergency and asked that I be called. If anyone called I did not know. There was no message. I have been seeing Dr Abrams for over 25 years and I trust in him fully. And when I have an emergency eye problem I am seen immediately! Would never think of leaving him. My eyes mean everything to me and I only trust Dr Abrams either them

Appointment system was down - I will be called whenever they can schedule procedure.

I love working with Dr. Abrams. He is soft spoken, kind, and listens attentively. I was frustrated that I was unable to make a follow-up appointment because Sinai is changing systems, and there is a two-month blackout on scheduling appointments. I was told there were no openings at the Quarry, where I always go. Now, I have to come back to Sinai, which is not convenient and difficult with finding a parking space and then hiking through the lot to get to the doctor's office. Ugh!

Dr. Abrams is a wonderful doctor who saved my husband's eyesight from glaucoma several years ago with a surgical procedure. My husband was referred to him by another doctor who had done everything he could do for him. He is, also, is a compassionate doctor. I lost my husband recently. He, and his staff, could not have shown more compassion and empathy when I had my appointment this past week.

I'd suggest a second educational video explaining how the procedure for removing a posterior cataract will differ from the usual anterior removal which is the usual operation all of my friends underwent, and the resultant differences in the nature of the trauma and the rate of healing. I felt lucky that my provider was sympathetic and offered me general anesthesia; I doubt that my experience would have been nearly as successful under a local anesthetic!

Dr Abrams and staff are all highly skilled and take time necessary.
