Dr. Perez is a good doctor and he has gained my trust

When i called and ask if doctor can call me back because I have a question about my back pain he didn't call me back and also he said somebody will call me back and schedule a pain shot procedure but for some reason no one call me back, I am still waiting.

I don't like the referral process i did everything i could but my appt. Was terminated for lack when i feel instead more could have been done to reach my provider to see what happened and receive a referral.

As a new patient I felt heard and understood about some complex medical issues. I appreciate being looked at as a unique person with unique problems.

Excellent experience yesterday with my doctor

Everything and everyone was great.

I was told to come at 11:50 for 12:50 appointment. Since all my paperwork, history, insurance information, and all other pertinent information was available and had been checked as correct by phone previous to appointment, I had to sit and wait for an hour doing nothing. In the future I will arrive 30 minutes prior to appointment.

Dr Perez and Ashley and the other person who work with Dr Perez were extremely pleasant, easy to work with and answered my questions will full understanding.

My only concern why are ask to fill out online medical history which I am ok with that, however when you come in on your visit you are given paper copies to fill out again which ask the very same questions you filled out online. It seems to me to me to be a waste of time.

I sat in the waiting room for 90 minutes prior to schedule appointment. Nobody came to touch base with me until after my aggravation and frustration was relayed to the receptionist in the waiting room. Totally unacceptable. However,she did address my concern and answered the questions.

Provider very knowledgeable and efficient

I was a bit scared and very nervous but the doctor was reassuring and carefully explained what was going on and offered me choices in how I'd like to proceed with treatment. It was a good experience and I left feeling relieved and secure in the knowledge that the help I needed was given and would continue to be given.

They are the best team that I have been able to find. I truly appreciate all the help and support I got from all of them ? ?? so grateful for your time and effort in making this happen ?.

Dr Perez-Brazo is such a caring practitioner! Even my 1st appt with him I felt like I had known him forever. He doesn't make you feel rushed at all even though his visits are short

Dr. Perez was very interested in how I was doing. He asked pertinent questions and throughly explained what I should expect in the future. He listened intently me, was not rushing through the visit, and reminded me that if I had any further problems to call for a follow up appointment. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends!
