Appreciated same day appointment since I was sick. Doctor was very polite.

Dr Nwokolo is kind, compassionate, and totally competent. I am so grateful that he was available, as I really needed to be seen immediately and by some who understands my medical history. He is just so excellent.

Did not address all health concerns

I thought I'd get a thorough examination for my yearly and I thought I would get some blood work done since I hadn't been in over a year just to compare my levels with previous year.

I was early andI was checked in and was able to see the Doctor before my scheduled time.

The doctor was very thorough and very respectful.

Dr. Nwokolo is a very nice Dr. I was very worried because I was Dr. Meltzer's patient for over 20 yrs. I didn't know what to expect. Dr. Meltzer put me on medicine and I didn't know how it would work about getting refills. I had to go in several times because of getting my refills. Dr. Nwokolo is working with me about my medications. He is very mannerly, on time and so patient and listens. I'm very very pleased with him. I have referred several people to him because he is very good.

The call center is awful. I was on hold for over 45 minutes trying to actually talk to the drs office. I love the drs but this call center is awful

I sat in the room for 1 hour waiting on the doctor. I left without being seen due to the wait.

Dr. Nwokolo was nice however I do not feel like he listened to me. I understand what the issue is and the best way to treat it but he wanted to prescribe me pain medication which is concerning given the opioid epidemic. Additionally, I had no problem with his recommendation to go see the specialist again, however I needed something to start addressing the issue till I could see them.

This was the first time with this doctor. I felt comfortable. It was just a follow-up from being released from York Pa hospital. I was very pleased that I was able to get an appointment as soon as I did.

terrible call center. difficult to get through to the office. when i made this appointment i actually stopped in in person to get an appointment. difficult to get prescriptions refilled.

I met this Dr for the first time, he was very nice, courteous and respectful

My experience with Dr. Nkowolo was out of the ordinary. He heard me and responded appropriately to everything I said. I left the appointment feeling relieved about why I wanted to see a doctor asap. Dr. Nkowolo and his assistant were very professional and caring.

The phone in system is horrible. Cannot call and get anyone. No return calls either. HORRIBLE. S someone needs to answer the phone!!!!!!!!!

Calling to schedule appointment after trying to schedule online. There was an appointment available w regular Dr but system wouldn't allow me to book. Waited over 20 min on hold with new central booking. They don't know me and are not nice on the phone. I do not like that I cannot call the office directly and the hold time is unacceptable. With a dr who does not use the portal it would be important to reach his office directly as well. Very disappointed with this change and considering switching to a direct access physician.

Hi overall a good experience

It was my first time seeing the doctor. He was new, and I've seen Dr. Meltzer for 20 some years. I was scared about seeing a new doctor, and he was very pleasant. He helped my nerves. He was very good. He's very thorough. He's on time. I really like him. He really listens, and he is an A plus doctor. I'm so glad I went to see him and he will be my doctor now. Thank you.

Calling the office to get an appointment wasn't possible. It takes awhile to get through. When you're working it's difficult to wait for a call back

Your answering service at Sini is a disaster.I could not connect directly with the office or my family Doctor. I was transferred and cut off numerous times. I was told that my doctor had no openings, when he actually had an earlier cancellation. I called his personal cell to thank him for returning my call. Get it together. I was treated appropriately by Dr. Nwokolo who had an opening.
