Your doctor gave a lot of information, but the problem was that he should have known more about the background. And I feel that the neurologist should have been there to help along with the interview so that they would be able to add more to it so that I could understand more. Everyone was pleasant and helpful from the front desk to the doctor.

From the moment I walked in the door I was treated with respect and kindness. Front staff were courteous and provided guidance and answered questions about forms that needed to be completed. Both care providers explained each procedure beforehand and gentle and kind. The doctor was absolutely a doll.

Everyone was very nice, the doctor and staff, are first class.

Dr. Michelle and the staff were entirely welcoming and thorough. Dr. Michelle especially went above and beyond to go into the discovery phase of my ailments and trying to figure out what the source of it was. And I really felt heard and respected and foremost, you know, educated. She took her job very seriously. It was not lighthearted and she, She took her time. There was no rush to it. I had an extremely hard time making the appointment. In fact, I ended up having my husband do it. I was told during my appt. that you were experiencing problems with the system at that time.

There was a lot of waiting, but the doctor was amazing. Totally worth the wait. The only thing that really bothered me was that the office was located in a building where patients aren't allowed to bring in food or water. I got thirsty and the water fountains weren't working.

It was REALLY difficult and frustrating to get an appointment!!!!

I had to wait for a few minutes to see the doctor (not an important point), but excellent exam, addressing my specific concerns (most important point). She responded perfectly to issues that I raised.

She answered all the questions that I had and gave me very honest, direct answers. I really appreciate that. She was very thorough, very expedient And she gave all the answers in a very, very clear manner that I could understand. So I look forward to meeting with her again in six months. Making appointment was very difficult

I waited 40 minutes in the exam room. 0-20 is acceptable in my opinion.

The drive was too long and the location was too far

Dr. Michelle is one of the finest physicians I have ever been to. She's thorough, she cares, and she's just a very good person.

I dont think its right to charge patients for parking. Why cant fees for the parking lot be included?

The parking lot is horrible. I assume that due to construction, the lines are difficult to see and there is no clear signage about where to park. That didn't stop them from issuing parking citations to many cars. You have to pay to park and then get a citation for parking in a restricted area that's not clearly marked.

Dr. Michelle is the best. She is caring, willing to listen and makes sure she understands what is going on with you. We are extremely blessed to have found her for my husband's care.

As a new patient coming in with a touch of anxiety, the nurse Lakisha (if I mispronounced her name, my sincere apologies) was wonderful!! She immediately recognized it as it was showing up on my heart rate. She helped me relax, and the numbers started decreasing right before my eyes. As a result, I was more relaxed when Dr. Michelle came in. I'm a pretty good judgment of people. Within 5 minutes I knew I was in GOOD HANDS!! I look forward to working with her to make me better!

Everything was great except for the long wait for an appt. It took 5 months to get in.

The whole staffs were very helpful with my situation. I was provided with a wheelchair from the parking lot to my provided office. The staffs made sure I got back to my vehicle safely after the visit. I thank the entire staff at the Brain and Spine Institute of Sinai.
