Cannot believe how friendly and happy everyone seemed. It was my first time there and it was incredible. I was a walk-in and was seen quickly. Outstanding medical facility and staff.

This is my first time at the medical center. I have two recommendations: 1. wheelchairs: I arrived with a foot injury. Walking was painful, and although I managed with my husband's help, it wasn't easy. There are no wheelchairs, which should be a priority for a center like this. 2. The nurse who asks for your weight and height should politely ask if you can move or need assistance. At no point did she show any understanding or focus on helping; instead, she only directed me to where I had to go. On the other hand, I'm grateful to the person who took my X-ray, as they were the only one who offered me support in a chair they had in their room and took me to the waiting room in it. It was a real relief. But then, the nurse who received me again took me to room 9, where I had to walk again. At that point, even though there was no fracture, the pain of putting weight on my foot was undeniable. (If they see you in pain, unable to put weight on your foot, and with an injury, no matter how small, visible, or invisible, they should ask if you need something to support yourself on. Attention, empathy, and courtesy are important.) My injury was minor, but the pain was intense. I can't imagine the pain of someone with a fracture or fissure who doesn't receive adequate support. Thank you for reading. I truly hope everything improves.

Very easy to attend the walk in clinic. Got in immediately and pleased with scheduling for follow up.

Had I known the Ortho Walk in facility was there I would have saved myself the trouble of visiting two urgent care facilities. with no satisfaction. The only thing is the knee brace did not stay in place. It fell down as soon as I got out of the car. Now I have two knee braces that did not stay up. I guess I have to put it over my cloths maybe. My insurance took a hit for sure.

Outstanding staff (office & clinicians). The call center is meh, but as soon as you walk into the office everything is perfect. Love you guys & ladies.

April on registration made everything easy and worked to put a smile on everyone's face. The PA I saw was great and throughly explained all my options.

The opportunity to be seen without an appointment was most appreciated. My images that I brought with me were helpful. However I did have to remind Emily that the discs that I brought included MRI, X-rays and CT scan. After she reviewed the MRI she asked if I have any X-rays.
