    I had to speak with the office manager and provider about the unprofessionalism the front desk receptionist displayed she threaten to not check me in because I was 9mins late and told her I got there when I could when she told me I should of came earlier. I was the only patient present and still with in the 15 min grace period.

    After I left the hospital no one ask me how is my health and I finish my medicine I need check up again my private area is itchy I don't know why I need medication for that how can I make appointment
