Just sat in parking lot for one half an hour. Didn't know where the building that i was to go to.

Dr. Buchner was very professional and congenial. He seemed extremely knowledgeable about his specialty. He answered all questions I asked. He was also very prompt in getting the EMG results to me.

Dr. Buchner is also approachable about other questions that I sometimes have, whereas some doctors will only discuss their specific specialties only. Nothing perfect

Everything was perfect. He understands. He listens. He tells me everything that I need to know. He doesn't hold back. And I let him know everything, which is when he tells me everything that's going on with my results, my x-rays, anything, he's He just upfront with everything and lets me know everything and makes it explainable so that I can understand everything that's going on with my body. And for that, yes, I thank him very much.

This doctor was born to do medicine

your parking system is confusing and confounding! After paying for my parking ticket on my phone, I had to ask someone walking by to explain to me how to use the machine to exit the lot. Ive recently been to Med Star on 33rd Street and am often at GBMC. Each has sane, clear, easy means of dealing with getting in and out of their respective lots.

Dr. Buchner has always been good to me. She with the most respect make sure all my medication testing and everything was done and went beyond what he had to do.

Dr. Buchner was caring. He explained what to expect on the tests given. Throughout the tests, he always asked and made sure I was doing ok. He made sure I understood and at the end, provided a brief summery of his findings. I would highly recommend him.

I found Dr Buchner, to be very informative in explaining the procedure he talked me thru the testing process which made an uncomfortable experience very easy and tolerable. It was one of the best visit I have had in a very long time.

Kind and considerate

My appointment was a video conference on zoom, so there were not any staff to consult with, except Dr. Buchner. Only thing was, the secretary forgot to call me to make an appointment; I had to call her- not a big deal but it's the first time that has happened. I don't want to miss or delay an appointment with this provider because of the medication I receive after the visit. A gap in the medication is not good. Maybe she just forgot me this time, but when I called, there was an opening in that same week. The provider is very nice and listens to me when I talk.
