I arrived a little early and was checked in and into the treatment room prior to the appointment time!! Gaertner MD, Erica was EXCELLENT! Very understanding of the problem; explained all of the details, and had a very gentle, treatment room manner.

The provider was as usual extremely courteous, demonstrating a sincere interest in my condition.

PRP THERAPY IS GREAT AND SHOUKD BE APPROVED BY THE FDA

Everyone at the Rubin Institute under the leadership of Dr. Bennett and Dr. Gartner go out of their way to get me appointments that fit my schedule (Gartner squeezed me in because my schedule got changed last minute). Samuel Thompson has called me or emailed me at 8pm at times because he's still working. April at the front desk is a gem; greets me, make me laugh and is a breath of fresh air. Irene, my nurse greets me with a smile and remembers our prior conversations... she's also very sweet. I chose to add treatment to my trip from Florida while visiting Maryland this week. Dr. Bennett and the staff has been preforming surgeries (6) since 2018 for our family members along with several PRP injections which I got 2 this week. Happy/balanced people that have a sense of agency and input are key in your staffing.

I was looking for treatment which I did not receive. She referred me to a surgeon which I like but I need help walking again and that I did no receive.

The front office staff barely talked when I came in, maybe it was early. The young lady that read responsible for appointments and checking you in, opposite the walk in person, warmed up and then was lovely.

The X-ray guy was awesome with my son and me. He made it not scary and made it fun. He let us see the pictures which is the best part of getting an X-ray now days. The doctor didn't even show us the current X-rays that were taken which would have helped explain/show my son that his finger was still broken.

It was just easy... once we arrived exactly which receptionist just to go to, and a receptionist kindly offered to help. We were only about five minutes early and sat down in our chair to wait for the doctor and right at our appointment time 2 o'clock, our name is called to go back. The nurse or physician assistant was very helpful in getting the basic information for the doctor and then the doctor came in. After the assessment with the doctor, we were given a brace and my son was cleared to play soccer the next evening. Amazing and excellent experience, very efficient. Thank you.

It was an urgent care. I got seen and walked in right away. They seen me within five minutes. The doctors, the registration people, everyone was excellent. How awesome that place is. I love it.

The receptionist was very rude and condescending. It was my first time there and she acted like a robot. Not very helpful or friendly. The doctor was amazing, X-ray tech amazing and the lady who booked my follow up as well. The receptionist needs to take a class on how to talk to first time patients.

It was a great experience for me

I left feeling the same as when i came in . No test were performed or ordered i was sent home with an ill fitting right boot on a left foot injury with a prescription for ibuprofen. She looked at my foot and said you have plantar fasciitis. No timeframe as to when i should feel relief no follow up no real instructions. Im an active mom of 4 with a career and im currently bedridden.

This was the best initial appointment experience I have ever had. I'm 69.

I was a walk-in and I was waited on a timely manner. The staff was cordial and so was the doctor. The doctor gave me good advice and treated me with respect.

My regular doctor was out for the week and the earliest appointment to see him was a week away. Unfortunately my knee pain got increasingly worse and this doctor was gracious enough to squeeze me in as a walk in. She was very accommodating and attentive. I received instant relief under her care and am very appreciative.

Overall, I had a very positive experience with Dr. Gaertner and her team. Making an appointment was a seamless online process; registration was a breeze; I was seen in a timely manner and all of the providers I interacted with made a real effort to understand and help me resolve the problem I needed treated.

The providers both made a scary situation much better by explaining everything in detail and getting the surgery scheduled quickly.

Everyone I had any contact with was thoughtful, and informative, pleasant.

I was very impressed by everyone as I did not have an appointment. The EXPRESS CARE in Westminster told me to come to as I didn't require an appointment and you had the X-ray facilities that Westminster didn't have the day I visited.
