They treat you like family

The person who provided me with my exam was very nice and very kind. I was upset that I was not introduced to the new doctor in charge since she been there for 8 months. The only thing that I received was a letter saying that she is now heading my team 8 months ago. My radiologist doctor during my follow up with him asked me if I had a follow up with my doctor who did my surgery. I said no one had contact me for a follow up. My radiology doctor set up a referral for my follow up appointment with my surgeon. I feel like I felled through the system on having a follow up appointment with the surgeon. I understand that there was a change in the team but still I was not aware about the procedure for after surgery follow up.

Love the care this office gives. I feel like the staff cares as if i am family that they are taking care of. I enjoy seeing everyone. Makes my visit more bearable. Miss seeing Dr Schultz but happy for him to retire.

Erica was amazing. She's a wonderful provider. I felt very heard. I'm very disappointed with the front staff. When I called about biopsy results, instead of directing me to Erica, which was what would have been appropriate, I was told she would only call me back if it was bad or I would only find out when I got there because that's how things are done. So, the things after I talked to Erica were absolutely not true. I think as you go forward, maybe speaking to the front staff about how to handle when people call in anxious about the results. That part was horrible and really caused so much stress to me because now I really thought that something was very wrong. So, Erica amazing. Doctors amazing. You need to talk to receptionists and how they handle speaking with patients or they shouldn't speak with patients and maybe just direct them.
