Erica Meyer is very kind, patient and informative with any questions or concerns I have as a first time mom. I look forward to my son's appointments with her. I am so happy I found Erica's name appear online from countless mothers recommending Erica to other moms. All I have heard and seen are positive experiences with her! When making an initial appointment over the phone was time consuming and the call center was not versed on the providers and ultimately scheduled me with the incorrect provider even though I said who my child needed to see several times. The nurse from the office noticed this a week before the appointment and called to make the change. The call center scheduling is not user friendly.

I was a little disappointed, I felt rushed. Although, the provider answered my questions I still left with more questions and concerns. I was also given a kit to provide to labcorp, but with no written instructions. I've had to google the instructions on my end and still do not feel confident

Making the appointment was disappointing. It was obvious she was working from home and seemed distracted.it lacked professionalism.

Erica is an amazing provider who took has compassion which is hard to come by these days. She took time to explain things thoroughly and gave me all the information needed for me to make the best decision for my child and not push an agenda. Never did we feel rushed or like another number. Hands down the best care we have seen in the medical field.

Dr. Erica Myers has been an amazing, awesome, excellent provider. She does not really work as a physician or a caregiver, but she works like a parent. She understands and knows how to handle our kids. Some child till they are teenage and almost getting to age where they will no more be here. So advice, okay. Our child has to move on, but we are very grateful. She's an awesome person. Thank you. And please give her some raises.

The only critical feedback about this visit was scheduling. I did not like that. I have to call a call center in order to schedule an appointment. Process took way too long! I would prefer to directly call the office to schedule appointments.
