I hate Lifebridge answering service. A direct line to my doctor's office is preferred.

Dr. Mendoza has been the best medical doctor that we've had and my husband and I love and appreciate him. He's thorough, he's caring, compassionate, and he's well knowledgeable and I can't say enough about him and he cares. He actually cares. I hope he gets a good report from everybody.

Dr Mendoza has been my primary care Dr for many years He is always kind caring knowledgeable and thorough! My whole family is fortunate enough to have him to take care of our medical needs! For the most part his staff is kind and very helpful

I have been seeing Dr. Mendoza since I was about 10 years old/about 30 years and I drive an hour from Northeast Baltimore City now and I wouldn't have it any other way. I wish he was responsible for training all new providers who no longer seem to receive any training in medical school that patients are actually human beings and not disease processes. I have attempted to switch to providers closer to home and am disappointed by the care every time. I will be devastated when Dr. Mendoza retires. His front desk staff are also wonderful.

The practice is always very accommodating and d professional

Dr. Mendoza and all the members of his clinical staff are warm, understanding and appropriately informative in every interaction I've had. As patients we need guidance about what to be on the alert for, how to handle various physical symptoms, without over or under reacting. The Mendoza staff are all first rate in helping us do exactly that.

Dr. Mendoza and his staff are absolutely outstanding, always give top-notch service. We've been going to him for many, many years, so is my family, and I wish all of my professional doctors and staff that I see elsewhere were as good as he is. He is absolutely outstanding, and I am so pleased to be able to have him as a provider.

Office staff all knowledable and professional. Dr. Mendoza seems to keep track of all my records and tests taken with other providers and takes the time to explain results and answers any questions I may have.

Contacting/communication with the doctor's office has improved; however I was disappointed that my doctor was not aware that I had been in Carroll Hospital as a result of a TIA a week prior our virtual appointment.

Dr Ernesto Mendoza is an amazing physician. He takes the time to explain everything and he doesn't push medication.

Dr. Mendoza is a highly qualify, experienced physician. He treats patients as if they were family, with kindness and respect. He is thorough and never makes you fee like he is in a rush to complete his visit. He always addresses all concerns during the exams. Glad to have him as my physician!

I love the office staff and doctor. The new way to communicate to the doctor and office absolutely sucks. The portal and call center are not in anyway satisfactory. Please return to the old method of being able to call doctor office directly!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Mendoza is a gem! A true professional and representative of the medical field. As a patient I am most grateful for his care, kindness and true concern for me. His staff is likewise kind caring and accommodating. Lifebridge is very fortunate to have him as a representative of their team and we in Carroll County appreciate him greatly! Get rid of your CALL CENTER, they are anything but and pathetic representation of a profession that is suppose to provide care to those in need at their time of need. They are an embarrassment to Dr. Mendoza and hinder him in providing the time and care to his patients. They are clueless in a field in which the needs of others cannot be taught.

Everything about the doctor and the actual office staff was great. The off site LifeBridge person I spoke to first really sucked. I just wanted to ask someone in the office if my order for a blood test had been sent to the lab before wasting time and going to the lab only to find out they did not have the order. I had scheduled the blood test for the following day. The LifeBridge person would not let me speak to anyone in my doctor's office to confirm that the order for my test had been sent to the lab. This is completely unacceptable. I should not have to talk to an offsite person when I call my doctor. Is LifeBridge trying to force the doctor's patients to go to an urgent care?

Gave blood work results and recommended vaccines that were due. Made sure we understood whathe was explaining.

Carroll Health Group and Dr. Mendoza are amazing! What I don't appreciate is Lifebridge Health and their operating system. When I called in, the Lifebridge receptionist told me I couldn't get an appointment until February, even though I was about to run out of my anxiety medication. He had no sympathy. Many patients are going elsewhere and losing care from one of the best doctors out there because Lifebridge has to now be a part of the system. Let people call into their doctor's office and talk to their receptionist in that office. This also results in more patients crowding the ER because they can't get a doctors appointment. Do better Lifebridge.

My experience at the actual doctor's office was wonderful. The fact that I had to go through a call center and requested a call back and did not get a call back and having to have the call center be forwarded to the office staff who forwarded to the MA and then not getting a call back is extremely frustrating. Something needs to be done to help the call center. Thank you.

Don't like the new "call center" procedure. It separates the patient from the doctor. Patient should be able to call the doctor's office (as it used to be) and deal directly w/the staff or doctor!

I felt I was treated with respect and courtesy. All my questions and concerns were answered. The doctor was on board with my medical issues and reviewed my blood work in detail. I left the office feeling comfortable my health was in good hands. A follow up meeting is scheduled in 4 months to review my adjusted prescription.

Dr mendoza is outstanding! When I called to make sure my upcoming orders for exam were sent to labcorp for next day visit I was sent to a carroll health number instead of his office who always has handled this quickly. This number put me on hold and it took 90 minutes to accomplish what used to take minutes for his staff to take care of this. I was at work so this was very frustrating and embarrassing. His office and staff do exemplary work, but this new method of having somebody outside of his office address your needs was a complete failure

Dr Mendoza & his staff are the best!

My one and only complaint is the new phone service. It's impossible to navigate the system. Just getting hold of the correct person is impossible and when I left my number (electronically) to be called back, no one ever called. The previous system was 100% better then this, please switch it back.

The Registration process was abominable!!!!! I should not have had to input all of my medical data. My Profile should have been shown listing the information on file. Then I should have been prompted to edit the incorrect/new information.

Doctor and staff were very friendly and informative. They were very pleasant.

I have been a patient for over 25 years. I have to say that having a call center is the worst, and I have worked for several high-volume medical call centers. I had to wait for over 25 minutes to speak to someone who seemed to have no medical background and no experience working in a call center, only to be transferred after spending 10 minutes on the phone with her, repeating my request. Even as she was taking my message to relay, I questioned her capabilities in my mind, wondering if my message would even reach my doctor. Patients, especially older patients, have no tolerance for call centers. It is very impersonal, and they will leave the practice. I know Life Bridge states, " Seeing patients as people and prioritizing people over profits," however, I can speak on behalf of all doctors, nurses, medical staff, and patients, you should practice what you preach, and let the offices answer their calls. They know the patients, and the patients know and love the staff. Call center people do not have that connection. Please, listen to the people that you say you care about.

Dr Mendoza explains everything to you n take the time to listen to your concerns. Not like others I have been too. He great n better keep him.

I'd like to say that your new appointment process is HORRIBLE , now you talk to an answering service , that's ridiculous, this new process is not FAIR to Dr Mendoza and his staff , in a few words it SUCKS , this is so impersonal to us the patient , when we need an appt we don't need to talk to an answering service when Dr Mendoza staff was always so helpful and courteous to the patient . I had to drive to his office and talk to his staff to get an appt because I was cut off by the answering service not once but twice . So please put Dr Mendoza personal back in charge of his office and find something else for the answering service to do , but not ruin his practice . I have heard from other patients and said the same as me ,not fair to us the patient . When something isn't broke leave it alone , the front office staff had it all going the correct way . The new call in scheduling services is awful and could cause me to find another provider outside of lifebridge! Please put our calls back to our provider's office not a call center. Very upset with the experience it provides!!

Dr. Mendoza is on his game! He looked at my issue and gave me medicines that are so far working great! Hope to discuss further treatment with him soon.

The newly started Call Center is extremely poor. Very long wait times and poor coordination with providers. The Call Center is not popular and beginning to give you a bad reputation.

I was expecting a list of providers for a colonoscopy referral but only received one. I'd like a list.

Dr Mendoza and his staff could not have been more kind, compassionate, or knowledgeable when taking care of my 100 year old mother. I am grateful that they are in our community.

I had to call 3 times to have a conversation. Put in the loop each time. Waited as long as i could for a return call (30 mins plus) finally on day 3 recd a call fr outside of states gave info' operator text my ff office eho in-turn called me back to set up an appointment. Whew what a circus for a non emergency medical condition. This is ridiculous. Please consider as a patient i also have a life outside of waiting for a return call. Life was much faster without this system

I had another great exoerience at this provider. However, People in the waiting room were complaining about the new call center to make appointments and were very angry about it. I made my appointment months ago and had no problem speaking with a real person onsite. Definitely need to get on this call center problem very quickly because people are not happy.

Dr Mendoza and his staff are very professional and he is very up-to-date on my health needs but the new phone system taken over my life. Bridge is horrible. We had to walk into the office just to get an appointment but thankfully he was able to see me right away because they are that good and they're trying to work with their patients.
