This was a wonderful experience at the doctors office. Everyone was pleasant and professional!

I was asked to call my insurance while I was fully undressed, waiting in a gown to ensure my annual visit was covered by my insurance. You would think the receptionist would ensure to schedule it not within 365 days. It's not professional to ask the patient to call the insurance while sitting in the exam chair

Great experience in the office. I did leave a message as the medication is not covered, as we discussed, it may be in the office, and I need her to complete paperwork with my insurance, as they do not have any other options, so doing the form should cover the medication.

The whole team was fantastic for what was a difficult visit as there were complications that prevented the insertion of the IUD. They went above and beyond for me during the visit.

Dr. Ester has been my OB-GYN since I was a teenager. Dr. Ester not only makes me feel comfortable, but she also explains things in terms I can understand. Additionally, she provides educational information about issues I may inquire about or be curious about. Nonetheless, she always puts my mind at ease whenever I feel stressed or anxious. I would definitely recommend Dr. Ester and her wonderful staff to any of my family and friends.

Esther Braun is always professional, knowledgeable, clear and concise.

I felt like my provider wasn't really listening to me and my concerns. I felt like they might have been in a rush. They met my concerns with logic before I was even done expressing the rest of my concerns. It just made me feel like they didn't care about what side effects I had.

I would 100% recommend the providers at this office. The ways for communication and booking maybe makes me not. While I receive exceptional care trying to schedule an appointment or trying the get to the office is a nightmare. I have called probably over 100 times in the past few weeks, I've left voice message nothing was returned and the phone is not being answered. I wish this issue could be fixed

I loved the Foundry Row location. Parking was free!

Dr. Braun, she did a good job with my pet food as usual, but I couldn't help but notice after the gloves came off, I don't know, she started biting her nails or sniffing her hands. So I thought that was a little weird, but otherwise she was fine. Maybe she does this all, you know, well, not maybe, but she does it as her profession. But like I thought it was like she was just buying her nails after she took the gloves off after she was, you know, she did the exam, which I was like, okay, I caught it out the corner of my eye. So I don't know what she was doing, but otherwise. She does fine work.

After the initial insurance snafu, everyone was INCREDIBLE in the office. SO friendly, helpful, and knew my by name. I felt so welcomed.

I was a patient of Dr. Beth Aronson many years ago. She was a wonderful OB/GYN who treated me amazingly well and delivered all three of my babies. Esther Braun worked under Dr. Aronson for many years. When Dr. Aronson retired, I changed to another OB/GYN but was never satisfied (I had felt rushed and given limited time.) A friend who has been seeing Esther Braun recommended that I see her. I am so pleased that I made the decision to do so. It is so apparent from my first visit that Esther is a wonderful clinician. I am so pleased that I found my way back to Esther and her staff.
