Dr . Krug was excellent in helping me.

Excellent. Everything was explained to me clearly. I got copy of my lab results and copies of my future lab work. My dexa was scheduled, and also my next annual appointment.

Dr. Krug is an extremely intelligent, kind, informative, proactive, concerned caregiver. I found her to be extremely on top of my health situation, very knowledgeable about all the aspects of my health, very informative about anything that she was doing and that she wanted me to, felt it was important for me to know, and answered all my questions very clearly, concisely, and with much detail. And I would definitely highly recommend her to anybody, and I do recommend her to anybody who needs an endocrinologist. I did find it one thing difficult that was hard to get away.

Dr Krug is just genius level at her craft. She is smart beyond anything you would expect. Her demeanor is second to none & Sinai should do anything they can to retain her skills & services.

I am very satisfied with my Dr.Krug. Jut one problem: Before this last visit I had tele visits with her. It was very convenient for me, because I am not driving the car. Now the insurance or SSA canceled this option. It will be great if they will return this convenient option.

Everyone was extremely helpful when I came to have my DEXA scan. I really appreciate it. The front desk people were wonderful. My appointment started on time and the lovely person doing my DEXA scan was extremely sweet and it was very easy and I really appreciate everything there. Bye.

Glad you had a lab in the same office. I needed Blood work also did not have to a separate office.

Dr. Krug is a very good physician. Her appts were running late on the day of my visit, but did not effect her time with me. Since my appointment is generally made a year in advance, it is not a problem, but I could not change the day of my current visit until about six months later, so I had to keep the one I had on September 16. Unfortunately, this is common in medicine today!

I think Dr. Krug is a knowledgable, empathetic, up-to-date medical provider I can rely on for treating my Type 1 diabetic daughter.

It's my best experience to have appointment with my doctor E.Krug !

The provider was excellent, but I felt that the clinic was understaffed and so the rooms were not prepared properly and the machines were not turned on before the appointments. There also was a problem with the system that it woudnt populate my dempographics, so my ultrasound couldnt be saved to the system. This was bevause no one was taking responsibility for the clinic running smoothly. My provider was patient and excellent but she also wishes things were different in the office. I had an overall positive experience, but the appointment took a long time because of the wait for the machines to start up.

Parking & going to the office & pay for parking was not worth it I could have done my scan in any other facility without a charge

When we started to fix my diabetes, my numbers and conditions were so far off normal.It was long,not easy and hard way to help me.Now I am better thru all positions.
