I love this doctor and the staff. They are marvelous and I never had any problems with them. They are a blessing to me. I travel from Annapolis all the way there to a doctor appointment. I would not praise them for anything.

Dr.Taylor has picked the ball up where Dr.Warren let it go when he retired and is taking off with it . Dr.Taylor is a very thorough physician and is concerned with me as I'm in my sixty's and starting to feel my age .

The receptionist took 18 minutes to register me and then stated that she's not certain if the doctor is willing to see because I arrived late. My appt was set for 9:30 am. I arrived inside the office at 9:35 am There was 1 person ahead of me... 8 min. I immediately presented my driver license, Blue Cross & Medicaid cards... she disappeared for 15 min. I went to the other receptionists... did she for that I'm still waiting. Response, she's scanning you in. Appx 8 min later she returned, tells me I'm not register in the portal. I angrily said give me my license and Insurance cards. You're ridiculous. If I weren't in extreme pain I would walk immediately out the door.

Was very pleased with dr. Taylor's assistant (forgot her name) She took my weight and vital signs. Very pleasant. I missed her the last time I visited the office. She said she was on maternity leave. Love her care

It's a good office you need to go ??

I thought there was a 15 min late window. It's only a 10 min late window. I was 12 mins late due to traffic and wasn't allowed to see my Dr. Had to basically beg to get my shot to leave the country. When I asked if I could get a refill on my headache medicine, because I didn't know the name of it. I was told to call my pharmacy.

It was my first time meeting this doctor. Establishing care. Went well. Have scheduled appointments to get the additional information / results that the doctor needs.

Everyone was courteous and professional. I feel very comfortable with Dr. Taylor.

Dr. Taylor took the time to answer my questions and checked to see what was the best antibiotic, noting I had side effects to many antibiotics. He is an excellent doctor. Thank you.

I very in frequently respond to these surveys... But in this instance, my experience was so positive that I really want to give my thanks to the people who helped during this visit. Esperanza was the nurse who checked me in. She was so friendly and personable even early in the morning that I immediately felt at ease. It was like chatting with a friend while getting ready for my appointment. Then I saw Dr. Taylor. I want to say that Dr. Taylor answered all of my questions and didn't appear to be rushed at all. I was able to explain my entire scenario and he understood what I was saying and provided feedback, including his professional opinion. Having been to a lot of doctors appointments this month I have been feeling a little bit, pushed to the side and Dr's not listening to my needs. That was not my experience at all on this visit to life Bridge. Thank you to the people there that make you feel like an actual unique human and not a number that they have to pass through to get to their next patient to get to the end of the day. It's set the tone for the rest of my day and I'm just very grateful for the time they took with me, even though it wasn't a very serious visit. Thank you!

My visit with Dr. Taylor, as always, he was very compassionate, courteous, knowledgeable, and has a great sense of humor. With the diagnosis that I received, he was very reassuring and made me feel calm. Also, his assistant, aspiraza, who took my vitals, she also is very courteous, very professional, and very nice, and very pleasant. So the overall experience was, as always, great.

This is my first time seeing Dr Taylor, I was a long time patient of Dr McClain. I was completely impressed with everything about my visit, to the point I asked that an upcoming visit with another doctor in the practice be switched to him.

Dr. Eugene was my primary physician back in 2021 before I lost my coverage but once I got back my coverage this year, he was the first that came to mind. He is such a great Dr who listen to the patient very carefully and try to get details and does his best to give the best treatment ad advice possible.

Dr. Taylor is an excellent physician. He always takes the time to listen to my concerns and provides expert feedback and guidance.

For this particular visit I only had a few questions about the results of a chest x-ray taken a few days earlier. I just needed to talk to the doctor on the phone. I don't know why I had to make an appointment to physically come in when a phone call would have sufficed.

Really professional efforts i appreciate it

I would not recommend this location to friends or family only because it is too far out of the way, almost 1 hour for me and too far to travel for persons who might seek a recommendation from me.

Dr. TAYLOR REALLY LISTENS TO WHAT YOU HAVE TO SAY AND ADDRESSES ANY CONCERNS YOU HAVE. HE DOESN'T DISCOUNT ANYTHING YOU HAVE TO SAY OR MAKE YOU THINK THAT HOW YOU ARE FEELING DOESN'T MATTER.

I am leaving Maryland in December, hope to find such good care in new location.

My doctor would listen to what l talk about my symptoms and he explains what mights cause and or suggests what/ when l should do or take to help with the symptoms... with in 10 minutes plus for the whole time of appointment. However, l still need him to have more time for me ( asking me of other health issues that l might have forgot to bring up ...)

I've followed this practice from Annapolis. That's how much I love my care team. I always feel as though I am being treated with the best care.

I have been seeing Dr. Taylor since he came to Potomac Physicians. I feel comfortable discussing my health issues and trust his judgment. I am 80 years old and hope he stays here for a long time.

Dr. Taylor has been my PCP for a few years and I trust him. He's honest and seem to truly care. I hope he and the medical remains. Also, I love the changes you've made to the aesthetics!

I called 3 times prior to my visit 3 times requesting a refill, it was never done. Dr. Taylor is amazing, but his staff never refilled my prescription after requesting it 3 times on different occasions.

This was my first experience with a new doctor since my long time doctor retired. I was so impressed with Dr. Taylor, and hope to continue to see him. He was very knowledgeable, able to direct a course of treatment and explain what I needed to do and why, and listened to my questions and concerns. I left feeling I was in good and competent hands.

As far as the location, it is very accessible. The staff from the check-in, check-out, triage, nurses, and doctors, they all are great. The only thing I would suggest is updating the phone lines. That has been an issue. Other than that, Everything is great. It's just the telephone system.

I would like to tell you that Dr. Eugene Taylor has been there always for me, whether I need a refill or I need to see a doctor. He's not only there, but he's very kind.

I feel like Dr. Taylor is a great doctor. He never appears rushed and listens to all my concerns and really tries to offer assistance or solutions. The entire staff was great as well. And the lab tech stayed a tad into her lunch to accommodate me.

Went into the appointment a bit upset with the lack of communication with a medication refill issue. My doctor explained the situation and we discussed alternative options. Did not leave with all the materials I needed (referrals, prescription in place, etc.) but have been communicating with the doctor post visit through patient portal.

I want to thank Dr. Taylor and Nurse Deborah. They were very, very helpful. They gave me suggestions and spent much time going through the situation that I was having. I highly recommend them. They're caring, professional, and I can't say anything more but thank you so much.

As always, it was a great experience. Mrs. Adriann, the medical assistant, is very sweet and supportive - I was having a rough time during my appointment, and she showed genuine kindness and care. Mrs. T, another medical assistant, also checked in to make sure I was okay, which I really appreciated. Dr. Taylor is a wonderful doctor who always explains treatment plans in a simple, easy-to-understand way. One thing that could improve: I think the laboratory should close for lunch at 1:00 pm instead of 12:50 pm.

There was bad communication via the portal, which led to confusion. A specialist also faxed a letter to get into my record and it was not there. That makes me feel uncomfortable.

Unfortunately health care benefits are being cut leaving some providers unable to perform minor routine procedures that they previously could have.

The in house lab draws is perfect. The lady who draw my blood was very good. She poked me so effortlessly. Most people have difficulty hitting my vein. I think her name is Sejal. She is really good ! Thank you.

From check in to check out this was a 100% positive appointment. Dr. Taylor exemplifies what the very finest Family Practioner should be. He is patient, extremely easy to talk with and gave me crystal clear advice in following a healthier diet and starting resistance training to prevent further muscle loss. 10 is not a high enough number for Dr. Taylor. He has been our PCP for a long time & has been the best I've seen & I work in health care. He is kind, considerate, patient, has a great sense of humor, and he gets his medical point of view across while making you feel heard. He listens to what you want and does his best to accommmodate what you want with what he feels will produce the best medical outcome. He is a phenomenal provider. Med Star should.do everything in their power to keep him.

Dr. Taylor & staff at this location were all outstanding. This was my first visit with Dr. Taylor, due to my former Physician for over 33 years (Dr. McClain) retired. Needless to say, I had anxiety a about starting a new doctor/patient relationship; however, Dr. Taylor quickly relieved me of that anxiety with his professionalism, medical knowledge, and compassionate communication style.

Was treaty very well and seen in a timely manner. Lab Corp rep was not the warmest person.
