Francesca was very kind, sweet and knowledgeable. She put me at ease right away. She prescribed medicine that has made me feel much better, which I appreciate immensely!

It was a very comfortable and positive experience. My provider gave me time to explain what was going on, I was never rushed. They also were very patient and attentive. I was very happy with getting in and out quickly but still had time to discuss my worries and concerns. Love ?? my care provider and professional level they provided.

She took her time with me listening to my concerns and making sure all my questions were answered and made sure to move forward with the best treatment!!

My provider is very easy to schedule and reschedule with. They're all very friendly and the office is nice and I would certainly recommend them to any of my family or friends.

My husband and I have been with this office since late 2022 and we would not change for any other medical facility. Medical staff are outstanding, the front desk staff are professional, knowledgeable and make you feel welcome as soon as you approach the desk. I would be very disappointed if Dr Vento closed his office and I have recommended him, his medical and professional staff to every one when the subject of medical care comes up in a conversation. I have family members who are now new patients and it makes me happy to know they will be taken care of by a kind, welcoming medical staff.

Professional and kindness

I adore Francesca and her staff. They're always very considerate, very nice, positive, and they just take care of you right away, no matter what's going on. I would give all of them a 10, a 15. They're excellent, excellent people to go to when you don't feel good. And they give you all the feedback you ask for, all you need. I wouldn't go to anybody else.

Ladies at the front desk were not Friendly and Professional I was not happy about that at all they were all talking together and not playing attention to the patient when leaving

The provider was very nice and sympathetic. I only have 2 complaints... I waited in the exam room for a good 40 minutes before the provider came in. I was there for a sick visit and sat in the warm exam room in a lot of pain while I waited. Then she prescribed me an antibiotic but didn't send it right over to the pharmacy but rather waited until the end of the day to send to my pharmacy. Usually when Dr Vento sends a rx to my pharmacy it is sent within 5 minutes of him leaving the exam room.

The entire staff is awesome!

This was an emergent visit and I was grateful to be squeezed into their busy practice. Francesca tx. me with compassion and respect. She is confident and friendly in her interactions, reassuring me with her described plan of action, including a call back if unimproved at end of med. regime. She now sees one of my family as a result of an earlier great impression. impression.

Francesca is kind, empathetic, and genuinely cares about how you're doing. Her bed side manner is top notch. She makes you feel at ease and as if you're her only patient, and not just a number.

Francesca Dipaula was exceptional and I could tell she read most of my medical reports before my appointment as I am a new patient and delivered my medical records ahead of my appointment, very impressed with Ms Dipaula and she made me feel comfortable, and I was very impressed with her friendly attitude!!

Wonderful office with great people.

I absolutely love Francesca DiPaula, she's very knowledgeable. However, I do feel that, in general, the doctors at LifeBridge are lacking. I always feel like no matter what type of doctor I'm seeing that I am always diagnosing myself. It's very frustrating.

Very comfortable with all staffing

While my experience there was great, I was told I'd receive prescription at my pharmacy but it was not sent until the following day. It's usually ready within a few hours but I had to wait overnight for my medication.

The assistant shut the door to the exam room so hard that a child's painting fell off the wall and almost hit me in the head. That is all everything else was great.

I didn't get to see Dr. Vento this time as he was fully booked. But his PA took wonderful care of me during my emergency. Couldn't have asked for nicer or sweeter and was beyond kind. The entire office is wonderful. Great experience!

This was my first visit and I already felt like I was a valued patient.

Parking is terrible!! Went to the pharmacy about 1.5 hours after Dr. visit and scripts had not been called in. I called the Dr's. office and one of the two was then sent to the pharmacy; I tried getting through to the dr's office approx. 10 times and could not get a person. I waited another 45 minutes at the pharmacy and never did get the second script. Since I live about 12 miles away from the pharmacy, I wanted the scripts BEFORE leaving Westminster. This has never been the case in the past.

Dr. DIPAULA, was very courteous and I felt very comfortable with her as my primary Dr. She listened to my concerns about my health and was very Professional. The whole staff was courteous and friendly. Felt very comfortable with everyone there. Thanks {patient info redacted to protect privacy}

Since I switched to Dr. Vento's office and Francesca DiPaula CRNP is my primary I have had nothing but good things to say about Dr. Vento's practice. I wish I had switched earlier but now I am on to having the care I deserve as a senior citizen.

They were able to change the time of my appt last minute because I made a scheduling mistake They took me back early, and I was out half an hour after my appt time started, even with multiple tests being done. Dipaula was very friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable about my medical history, as always. I have recommended this office to other people in my area.
