Dr. Hamamoto and I have been together for over 30 years. It is always a pleasure to see him even under the less ideal situations. I am always confident in his answers to my questions. Appointments are always on time. I never feel rushed.

The doctor and the office staff are warm and welcoming. They make you feel comfortable from the initial call through the procedure and follow-up. It would be hard to find something that I would change or look for improvement. I would give the team the highest scores and recommendations.

Dr.H. has been my Surgical provider for 10 or more yrs now. I find that his service is wonderful. I can only say good things about him.

I was very disappointed with my visit to this doctor. Staff was perfectly fine. Doctor was not at all focused on me or my concerns. He spoke to his two students and into his device. He explained nothing to me. Did not give me the results of the sonogram. Did not react at all when I told him about my serious medical condition (CAA brain bleeds and seizures). He had not heard of CAA and one student tried to google it and could not find it. I googled it and found it immediately and tried to read the paragraph of explanation but the doctor was uninterested. After the examination the students left without saying goodbye and the doctor was very inattentive and did not wish me well since he was referring me to a different professional. Found him cold, impersonal, and unconcerned. Very disheartening and upsetting to be treated in such a dismissive way. Sorry to see the example he was setting for the students

Dr. Hamamoto is an excellent surgeon with exceptional bedside manner. Although I was a little uneasy about the procedure, he made me feel at ease by taking the time to explain the surgical procedure and recovery in detail and I was completely relaxed after our conversation.

This was my first visit to this provider. I was given a referral from one of my physicians. I will have a minor procedure wit this provider and that will provide me with additional information based on my experience. I don't have anything else to say as I do not have a history with this provider.

Tiffany who is Dr. Hamamoto's secretary was absolutely wonderful she is extremely accommodating and patient. My family and I have been using Dr. Hamamoto for years and he's the best, I would never go to another provider. It will be a great loss to patients when he retires.

Dr. Gary Hamamoto was excellent during the procedure as well as the follow-up. I would recommend him to anyone. I've already spoken to other people about his excellent bedside manner, and I think the world of him. He's the best.

Satisfied. I would like to have the date for surgery be provided at the time of the visit. Instead I am still without a date knowing I have to get preop physical, EKG and blood work prior to surgery date.
