Grace Mbakop Tchapda, FNP

Grace Mbakop is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, comprehensive, and patient-centered care to individuals across the lifespan. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Gwynedd Mercy University.
 
Grace has extensive experience in primary care, urgent care, chronic disease management, women’s health, and preventive medicine. She provides evaluation and treatment for acute and chronic conditions, including hypertension, diabetes, asthma, hyperlipidemia, anxiety, and depression. She also has specialized experience in kidney care and dialysis, emergency nursing, IV infusion therapy, and occupational health examinations.

Grace believes in partnering with patients through education, open communication, and individualized treatment plans. Her goal is to help each patient achieve better health while feeling respected, heard, and supported throughout their care.
