Dr Booth is fantastic! He works through a list to assess my health status. He makes recommendations to help me obtain glp1s since my insurance stopped approving Wegovy for me (and I've gained nearly all of the 65 pounds back that I had lost). I highly recommend Dr Booth!

LifeBridge needs to spend money to make their heavy doors push button to enter and also to get a decent scale because the one they've had forever is really unsafe. Other than that, I like the facility and I like my provider very, very much. And in fact, everyone that's there is very pleasant and professional. Thank you.

My doctor was fabulous. The front staff was not. It is impossible to talk to a nurse or doctor. I was told I would get a return phone call, but I had to call the office back instead. I miss the hometown caring feeling the office used to impart. I love my doctor, which is the only reason I am staying with this practice. It Was An Informative Appointment With Doctor Booth. He Answered All Of My Questions & And Gave Me Some Helpful Suggestions To Improve My Health Going Forward!

Dr Booth showed his concern for my issue and did the referrals that were needed. The nurse that brought me back was very friendly. I did not care for the appointment scheduling. I had an appointment scheduled and was notified that it had to be rescheduled. I called to reschedule but had to go through the new call center. The person there gave me an appointment a few hours after my original appointment time. I was preparing to leave when someone at the office called me asking if I wanted to reschedule. I explained what happened and she said that the new appointment was impossible because Dr Booth was out. She scheduled me for a new day.

Dr. Booth is an exceptional doctor!!! He takes the time to answer any questions and is always courteous!!

I was very happy for coming into the office and seeing someone that really helped me, because I was in a lot of pain. And I know he can't help this, but the pain medicine he prescribed, my insurance, he has to call my insurance company to get it approved. And of course, that makes it hard for me, because I need the pain medicine. But otherwise, my visit was very, Bye.

I had a terrible experience with trying to get an appointment with someone since the doctor I had used in the past left. The phone center calls took forever to get through to someone to actually speak to about an appointment. Once I got through the first time I was told to stay available and someone would call me back. Two days later I had still not received a call so I called back and was told someone would get back to me in 72 hours.

Why is Lifebridge Health restricting Aetna insurance? Dr. Booth is a kind, caring, competent doctor.

I was having a tough day. My aunt passed away the day before Dr. Booth had me so comfortable and laughing took my mind off of everything that I was going through took care of my issue and made me laugh at the same time and forget about my problems for a little whilethat was awesome I really appreciated that I needed it.

Your answering service before I got the doctor's office was horrendous and didn't get me in for days when I had an infection. As soon as they finally put me through to the doctor's office, I had help right away and they saw me the same day. The answering service is awful and I cannot understand them. I had to ask them to keep repeating and repeating and repeating.

Call the office # and getting a poor phone system from corporate was extremely disappointing. I could not reach the office desk. Your phone system and people answering the phone is a joke. It's making me think about finding another PCP. Not the office but Lifebridge Health is the issue. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Can't get where you need to be for questions or concerns. DISSAPOINTING. I've been with that practice for over 25yrs. Because of LBH I will probably move on to another provider. I feel for the Office staff and Doctors your not doing them the justice they deserve. Customer service is key to success!!

Was very busy but still took time to go over everything with me. Gave me my pneumonia shot and my husband his tetanus shot. Sent him for his psa. Great visit. I was diagnosed with low electrolytes. From my symptoms. I feel so much better..

I'm glad Dr. Booth is with LifeBridge. I have relied on DR. B's medical knowledge and caring for many years. He truly cares about the patient's well-being.

I'm not sure if it is new standards or what but physicals used to require disrobing and rather extensive hands on exams. No longer disrobing and not as much hands on. Also, in general, it is almost impossible to call and reach someone other than a scheduler without a long wait or a later callback which may or may not happen. Need to be more responsive to incoming calls.

Your telephone call system is awful! On hold forever only to get a call back! In the office there were only 2 ladies working in the front checking you in along with answering the calls and checking people out it's way to much for anyone to expect them to handle all of this PUT IT BACK THE WAY IT WAS!! GED RID OF THE CALL SERVICE YOU HAVE ALOT OF PEOPLE ARE UPSET WITH IT!

My experience with Carroll Medical Center was excellent, however my experience with Lifebridge Health was terrible. It's one thing to make an appointment, but when I need to talk to my doctor about test results, it was horrendous being forced to go through Lifebridge call center. All with phone numbers I do not recognize. I should be able to contact the providers office directly.

The phone system trying to get an appointment or prescription refill is absolutely terrible!
