Wait time was over an hour for a walk-in. That was a little long considering the patient load was fairly light.

We received care and diagnosis and completed treatment in slightly more than hour

The reception staff were clueless. They said that we could not be seen in the walk in clinic because we had already been seen for this condition because we had an appt scheduled for a week in the future. The PA did not inspire much confidence. She forgot to have the patient flex his ankle up and down when he came in with a calf injury. That is a primary assessment technique for that muscle.

Hailey actually called me a couple hours later knowing I had to have a pre op done and searched close to where I live. I already made arrangements with my wife to go to the one Hailey talked about in Westminster since we had to see the surgeon today. That was very thoughtful of her and shows you guys care so thank you

I went to the Ortho walk-in clinic and found it to be an excellent experience. I only waited about 10 minutes. The staff was friendly, positive, absolutely wonderful. I thought the vibe of everybody there, including the gentleman at x-ray, was professional and upbeat. I have already recommended the clinic to other people.
