Thanks, Dr. Moussa was able to come up with an alternative when the original link to the virtual appointment was not effective. I think, I can't remember if she couldn't hear us or we couldn't hear her. I think she couldn't hear us. So she just came up with an alternative and we were able to get on pretty quickly. Thank you.

Very pleasant experience overall!

It was obvious the caseload of the doctor was heavy, needing to refer to notes often. The head circumference measurements kept changing, even decreasing from the last visit but we were told "since it's on the curve it's normal", no other explanation. We are concerned with his growth all around since the measurements in this office were vastly different from his pediatricians findings but again were told "if he's on the curve he's fine". I do not feel like we are getting care curated for my child but more of a "checklist" visit. Not at all satisfied.

Dr. Moussa is wonderful!

Dr. Moussa is kind, compassionate, has incredible eye contact. She does not interrupt, she is also able to watch the child while the parent is talking. She speaks to the child as they are their own individual person and not the illness. She also makes the child feel confident and that they can do what it takes to get themselves to the best healthy version of themselves they can be.

Hi, I liked the doctor a lot, but the wait was very long. We were there from 8.30 until 10.30. Two hours. And that was really way too long. But I was happy with everything else. Thank you.
