Dr. Kaizer is a wonderful provider. It was easy to get appointment with her and get things moving. She quickly reviewed my labs after my visit with her as soon as it resulted and ordered treatment accordingly as well. Dr. Kaizer- you are the best. Thanks for your help!

I was seen by a doctor I didnt have my appt with; no one had told me that would be the case. She saw me on time because she had a cancellation. Not all the admins treated me with respect. I wasn't given adequate time to complete the paperwork and had to keep plugging away at it throughout each step of the way

Tried to call back about a dosage of a med since it wasn't noted. Left message. Called back and was told that they were calling back. No one called. I live in a facility and they tried to get an explanation but no call back

I had the most impressive, immaculate, the best appointment. Doctor knew my case very well. Doctor was working with me, started my treatment on time. Front desk is marvelous. Staff is wonderful, even in the moment that I'm in mentally, coming there made me feel better, made me feel like, okay, someone really cares.

The walk from the entrance to the clinic needs to be way more identifiable. It took me 20 minutes to find it. And then to get to the LabCorp. I needed a shuttle to get back to my car.

If you had a better messaging system to communicate to the providers, that would be good because you don't. And you, unlike other systems, they do better. And also coming in to registration where you're supposed to be, I was in the wrong lobby. I came there in time for my appointment. So that's also a problem. And getting appointments is a problem. And also where you get labs. This is an oncology office and there's no place to do labs in the whole hospital. It's very strange.

Everything went well

The 15 page packet that I read and filled in was often times repetitive and definitely needs to be redone. Since yesterday was my first appointment the signs and arrows were confusing. The staff who are responsible for greeting the patients and explaining where to go and what needs to be done next are not as efficient as they should be. However, I was very impressed by Dr. Kaizer.

this was the first time I met this provider so it is hard to give a full review. But my experience was good. Dr. Kaizer did her best to explain everything to my ability to understand. I look forward to a continued relationship with her. This is my 3rd doctor since I started my treatment.
