The provider was friendly,and seems to care for me as a person not a number and took the time to explain things in a manner which where educational and professional

I loved my experience with Helen and Rachel they made me feel trust and they made me know they'll help me and answer any questions I needed answered

If I did not have Dr. Dowder as my doctor, she would be my second choice. She's very good and she explained things to me so I can understand it.

Dr Helen is not only my doctor but, I feel like she's a friend and I can talk to her about anything. When she told me last year about my high cholesterol and prediabetes I told her she scared me and she said it was supposed to. It made me change my diet so I can stick around awhile longer which is for my good and I very much appreciate her help and advice.

I Always Have A Good Visit When I Come There

My experience, and interactions with Helen Scott-Bayley, FNP, have always been professional, and courteous. She's consistently very thorough, and she LISTENS (a quality sometimes lacking in healthcare professionals). She is very knowledgeable in her field; her directives easily communicated, and I am confident upon leaving, that my medical needs were taken care of.

I wasn't happy that the had difficulty in retrieving my record although SINAI is my PCP and they are presumably connected. And that I have to make 3 visits to that particular location just to have needed paperwork reviewed and signed by the DR

Everything this was excellent

The provider was not concerned about my health conditions, did not look the history chart , was halfhour late coming into the examination room and rushed me out !

Helen Scott Bayley is always a pleasure to have as a provider. She is responsive always listens and you tell she genuinely cares about her patients that she provides care for.

Everyone, everyone was so cheerful and well respected and concerned because I was not feeling too good. I was treated very nicely.
