I was very nervous about this appointment and everyone was so nice and helpful I felt very well taken care of. They were very thorough and did not feel rushed at all.

Dr Lesser is very approachable, answered questions and explained things clearly. I appreciated that he was cautious and ordered an extra test when there was a potential issue. That gave me peace of mind. I enjoy seeing him. He has made a difficult diagnosis and extra appointments more bearable.

I was told to go to the main entrance front desk, but in reality I should've gone to the Children's Hospital front desk so I was misdirected, which made me seven minutes late for my appointment
