It's always my pleasure to see Dr. Tinsley because I know she takes great care of me. She communicates with me about my concerns and I feel happy after I visit her. My concerns are addressed and I know I can call about anything and I'll always get help. Her staff is wonderful too.

The provider was very knowledgeable. I was very comfortable and it was generally a good experience.

The outsourcing of calls is an improvement on not being on hold for long periods. The downside is the language barrier, the work from remote area, in my case their was a child in the background and I had a question that I needed to have address prior to my appointment and the call center did not reach out to the office as they had said they were going to do

Provider showed very little interest and care in helping me manage my illness. Did not even try to understand the nature and complexity of my health condition. Felt rushed and mostly ignored.

I was lucky to get the appointment. I was under the impression, that I had a bad cold. Turned out to be Covid. I'm on a buget. Can't afford the hospital or a patient first center.

Very nice experience during my visit. I hope to see the same staff. When I return. I needed blood work and an appt. Linda helped me out. And Dr.Tinsley took care of me.

I was very glad to get apt because I was feeling very bad. Unfortunately the cough syrup prescription was unable to be filled so she had to change it. New prescription was also unable to be filled so I'm waiting for a different prescription

I Really like Inna Tinsley. I been seeing her for quite a few years now. She knows me extremely well. She is an excellent Nurse Practitioner. She is very caring and shows real empathy for me and my health.

The receptionist was not too helpful. We had to wait. It was a line. They can definitely improve on the check-in process.

I'm truly blessed to have Dr. Tinsley as my Primary Care physician. She explains with patience and is a good listener. I share my experience there with many people.

The office appears dirty and disorganized, there was a patient in front of me at check in and she was vomiting, no one put her in an exam room, they made her wait to check in.

One thing I'd like to say is I did not appreciate being asked what my gender is and what my pronouns were. Most people, such as myself, does not participate in such stupidity. I think that policy needs to go away.

Didn't feel listened to, have had to dedicate a lot of work and phone calls to settle a simple referral problem, extremely poor communication within the office. Wasted so much of my own time that should have been things handled by the office. I also don't like that the very first thing done was a urine test with zero explanation as to why. I don't feel like the majority of my concerns were addressed let alone there was no explanation or discussion about my symptoms. It was a frustrating visit and discouraging

Trying to get an appointment on the phone was difficult. The person on the phone said they would make an appointment for me. Never texted me when the appointment was. Went to office to see if I could make an appointment. Already made for that day. Service was much better when you could call the office directly

Yes, the provider is excellent, but your call center stinks. You can get no one on the phone to make an appointment. You can get no one on the phone to get refills. You can get no one on the phone for any reason. Your call center does not answer the phone, period. And it's been 20 years since I've been dealing with this office, and for the last year, it It's not the office's problem, it's your call center and you really need to do something with it or a lot of people are going to find another doctor. Thank you.

Making an appointment through the call center took 45 minutes of being on hold. This is not acceptable.

I've been going to this location for close to 40 years, I hope I never have to find another Dr/CNPA, as good and helpful as Ms. Tinsley

My experience on the day of my appointment was great and met my expectations. However trying to schedule an appointment was extremely difficult. I had to call several times due to not being able to setup a return call. The wait time was excessive and the first available wellness appointment was two months out when i finally got through.

She is the greatest.

Only issue was Inna prescribed me Zepbound to take for a month The pharmacy said they have reached out. They need authorization for the medication

NP Tinsley's is the best care provider that I've had in years. She's very thorough, she inquires, listens, explains, encourages, etc. The best primary care "Doctor" I've had in years.

Getting an appointment is difficult Once you have one the staff is courteous and professional.

My appointment was at 10:20 and I was called at 10:20.

Hi. My main annoyance with seeing the provider the last time was that she wanted me to go see physical therapy for a painful shoulder. That was fine. But she didn't tell me that she would only be referring me to Sinai participants, which from what I can see from the referral are mainly located in Baltimore. I live in Harvard County. I'm not going to Baltimore. I just had a right hip replacement and I can drive short distances. I'm not going on 95. I'm not going to Baltimore. I'm not going to Sinai and then walk around trying to find PT. It's not going to happen. So that really, as you can tell, annoyed me.

Appreciated the opportunity for a virtual appointment within just a few days. Frustrating that an in person appointment with the same provider was not available for over 7 weeks

Your phone system does not pick up very often. Sends you to a hospital call center miles away. Difficult to reach staff. This has been ongoing. Office staff is nice on e you are there. Provider Tinsley is intelligent, friendly, yet professional
