I feel the doctor could have spent some time laying out a plan of progression of possible treatments. I feel as if I gave him more information than he gave me.

I am deaf I was there because I have pain on my leg the scanner diagnosed sciatica. I was not provided with a sign language interpreter. I told Dr assistant that I have leg pain but without any exam the assistant was taking about surgery and at the report paper I received it was stated that I have lower back pain.

Everyone is professional and knowledgeable but most of caring.

Just for the doctor to be more personable with patients and make them feel more than valued. We sometimes need to know people care about our health as well as just being another patient. The assistant listened and was very attentive.

I Would like say since I have been a patient at LifeBridge my experience has been outstanding so far. From the Staff at check-in, to getting my vitals completed always goes smoothly. I just feel as though when you go to the facility, if they rule you out of work and you're out of work for a week or two under their care and you need paperwork signed, I feel as though they should be signing the paperwork when you're out of work so you can receive some type of benefits. I had a bad experience up there my first visit. They refused to fill my paperwork out so I can get my my funds from my job since they're having me out of work for a week or two. And they said the only way they will sign the paper is if I'm out with surgery or I need redone. But how am I going to get money outside of work when y'all have me out of work and y'all want to fill out the papers to make me get the income while I'm out of work under y'all care? It just don't make any sense.

Dr, Frazier is the best.

Honestly, Dr. Frazier is just a doctor. I mean, his bedside manner is not bad, but it's not great either. It's just really in the middle, it's really mid. I don't like only spending more time with the assistant. I spend more time with the assistant than I do with him. This is my third or fourth appointment with him. And it's been the same. I mean, at least it's consistent, I guess you could say. But my concerns are more spoken with the assistant than with Dr. Frazier himself. And I feel like that needs to be worked upon. Hope that makes sense.
