Nice appt.

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT.

In an out in minutes.

They apparently forgot about myself, I arrived early, and was not seen until I asked what was going on after waiting in the room for over an hour.

This was my first time meeting Dr Nace and his staff and it was a very comfortable experience. I had to guess at the time I would spend with this office and without knowing this, the office was exactly on time with meeting my transportation needs. Before I got home I had already received a call from his student giving me the phone number of the PT he wanted me to contact and the prescription he wanted me to get had already been filled at the pharmacy.

Had to wait 11/2 hours

Came to Sinai via ambulance, fell and broke my hip. Many if not most of staff attentive and very friendly. However I am hard of hearing with hearing aids and people didn't always speak loud enough for me to hear everything.

I hope all the staff at Sinai are as good as the ones I had.

It was the best hospital experience I've ever had. Very thorough, very detail-oriented, and everyone I was involved with showed the most care and concern about getting everything right and how I was doing. Excellent, by far, in a way, the best.

My appt was at 7:40am I did get seen until after 9am

Everyone was extremely polite and pleasant. It was a very easy appointment. No stress.

I got there early for my 9am appointment and was done with all the paperwork by 9, and yet Dr. Nace didn't see me until 10:30. The staff brought me back to one of the rooms a little after 9, so I was basically in solitary confinement for most of an hour and a half. While making someone wait that long is immoral enough, in my case it's even worse because I get paid per hour, so I lost wages that I can't really afford to lose, and it's a new job where I'm trying to make a good impression. And then when Dr. Nace finally came in, he gave me no more than five minutes. It would have been less had I not asked him questions, since he barely provided any new information or did any tests.

Despite the wait due to the doctor's emergency call, the staff went above and beyond to help and accommodate me. Dr. Nace himself called me once his emergency was over which was a pleasant surprise that made me feel valued. Extremely satisfied with Dr. Nace and his staff!

Amazing and very kind people and doctors

The doctor recommended me to see a hand specialist instead of giving me a cortisone injection because of the rheumatoid arthritis. I appreciated his honesty that the injection probably would not work.

This appointment was a follow up to having blood work done and to look into the soreness of both knees and how to address that concern. Dr. Nace did not review the results of the blood work until much later in the meeting. He also didn't know what my actual concern was and only focused his examination on an out of place patella. I found him rude in his questioning of my past surgeries and I believe he really didn't review what my history was before meeting me. Very disappointed.

Dr. Nace is an excellent Doctor, and surgeon. He's patient and attentive. He has excellent bed side manner. He answers questions with honesty and understanding. I'm really appreciate having Dr. Nace as my Orthopedic doctor.

Good information and respect

Office is well-run with respectful staff and timely efficiency. You never feel rushed, and the doctors answer questions in a helpful manner. I liked that Dr. Nace concluded his visit by asking me what questions I had for him. I liked that. Not IF I had any questions, but what questions I actually had. So nice. The only thing missing is that I would have liked to see the x-rays myself, purely from curiosity.

I've had some complications and everyone has been so concerned and not rushing me out. They have been taking steps slowly to restore me to a safe discharge.

Not happy with the anesthesia treatment should have been the same meds and pain block and it was not. Nothing changed so why wasn't it the same

Yes, I would like to say everything was great as always. I was treated with respect and everything was answered thoroughly by everyone. However, I did get x-rays and after getting x-rays, no one was 100% clear on if I was supposed to wait or have someone come back. And I waited for quite a while and then checked again and I think the associate doctor that worked with Dr. Nace came and talked to me. So just want to say they might want to follow up if they have additional x-rays or things done with patients to make sure they're clear on whether they should stay or go because no one got back to me and I just sat there until I had to go follow up. But again, I do recommend the practice. I love Dr. Nace. Everything seems great there except for that was a little faux. Not a big, big deal, but just an area of concern. Thank you. The receptionist was the kindest employee I've ever come across. She offered me water while I waited and she kept me informed about the time they would start as I was extra early. Dr. Nace has always been outstanding at his profession as he's replaced both of my hips. Hopefully he will do both my knees. His P.A. was very attentive and sympathetic to my problem that day. Even the x-ray technician was very nice. If I ever have a family member or friend that needs to be seen by orthopedics I will definitely refer them to this office.

The nursing staff was outstanding at the hospital. A special thanks to nurse Tina who stayed an extra two hours to help us.

I had to wait to see Doctor, apologized because he had an emergency surgery earlier in the morning. Which I fully understand.

The space is comfortable and spacious and has a very calming atmosphere. I was they early at 8:30AM. The PA was very knowledgeable and Dr Nace is my surgeon and was very complementary to the PA's assessment and recommendations.
