Yes, I would like to say everything was great as always. I was treated with respect and everything was answered thoroughly by everyone. However, I did get x-rays and after getting x-rays, no one was 100% clear on if I was supposed to wait or have someone come back. And I waited for quite a while and then checked again and I think the associate doctor that worked with Dr. Nace came and talked to me. So just want to say they might want to follow up if they have additional x-rays or things done with patients to make sure they're clear on whether they should stay or go because no one got back to me and I just sat there until I had to go follow up. But again, I do recommend the practice. I love Dr. Nace. Everything seems great there except for that was a little faux. Not a big, big deal, but just an area of concern. Thank you. The receptionist was the kindest employee I've ever come across. She offered me water while I waited and she kept me informed about the time they would start as I was extra early. Dr. Nace has always been outstanding at his profession as he's replaced both of my hips. Hopefully he will do both my knees. His P.A. was very attentive and sympathetic to my problem that day. Even the x-ray technician was very nice. If I ever have a family member or friend that needs to be seen by orthopedics I will definitely refer them to this office.

The nursing staff was outstanding at the hospital. A special thanks to nurse Tina who stayed an extra two hours to help us.

I had to wait to see Doctor, apologized because he had an emergency surgery earlier in the morning. Which I fully understand.

The space is comfortable and spacious and has a very calming atmosphere. I was they early at 8:30AM. The PA was very knowledgeable and Dr Nace is my surgeon and was very complementary to the PA's assessment and recommendations.

Appointment was 10:45. Didn't go back to exam area until 11:30. Waited 10 more minutes for the PAC to come in. I was told I had to make testing/procedure appointments. Something the doctors office should have handled. Doctors office not returning calls.

Dr. Nace and his team always get 5 stars. He is as go as a surgeon as he is an artist Dr. Nace has performed numerous surgeries on me and he has done a beautiful job.

My appt was at 11am. No one from the desk said anything about things running behind. I had to wait from 1030am till 1230pm to be taken back to the exam room. Then I had to wait there from 1pm - 2pm. We left around 2pm. The doctor was very apologetic for the very long wait. But he answered every questioned i had. I would still come and recommend Dr Nace. He is a perfect doctor.

It would have been nice if I was told that I would be there longer than normal before coming there. When the secretary called and said that Dr. Nace's Assistant would see me I thought he would have seen me at my appointment time not almost an hour and a half later. Plus the person fitting me with a brace rushed to put it on and didn't even put it on my hand tight enough so that I could see if I could tolerate the brace with the metal in it. I was very disappointed.

My only complaint would be that I waiter for over an hour to see Dr Nace. Everyone on his staff, including him were very professional, helpful and kind. I love this office!

I'd like to know why I'm still in pain in the time frame or.

Just how comfortable he made me feel especially when he put the shots in my knees. He assured me that it wasn't going to hurt and it didn't. It was mostly me thinking that. talked to me and made me feel comfortable from the time he came in the door. I love Dr. Nace I've had other doctors, but no one made me feel as comfortable as him. Yes I would definitely recommend doctor NACE.

I did my rehab at Sinai and an exceptional experience. The physical therapists were completely amazing in getting me on my feet in a short time. Occupatient therapy also challenged me in recovery.

Dr. Nace was a bit late coming to my room but he apologized. He said that his previous patient needed more time than usual. He answered all of my questions.

Hard to call to get through. Had to physically go to make an appointment. This is not new!!

I will say this much I was always respected by my doctor and his workers, and colleagues.

Once I was in a room and the MA did her job, it took over 1/2 hour for the doctor to come in.

They were running late, so I had to wait a good while, but it wasn't the worst thing, since I didn't have to be anywhere after my appt.

your doctors office personnel tells you ,you have to come to your office visit fifteen minutes before your appointment time of 1pm if you run late 1:10 pm they cancel your appointment, but when you are on time and the doctor does not get to you until 1:35 how come the patient does not get a discount off of their copay .only fair

Dr. Was running an hour and a half late. Someone from his office should have notified all patients prior to their arrival so you don't have to just sit in waiting room

My Visit Was Awesome Everything Went Well..

I had a 2:30 appt and I arrived early. I went back to the exam room about 2:30. I waited on the exam room about 50 minutes (3:20) with no one checking in. Finally the resident came in and talked to me for about 7-10 minutes. I waited another 10-15 minutes for Dr Nace to come speak with me. I left at 4. The wait time in the exam room was way too long.

Dr. Nace very thorough and has to take time to review all X-rays which understandably causes so much delay in him getting to each patient. I'm elderly and would rather be seen in a needed fairly timely manner. I will still be a patient because he is such an experienced, kind and effective doctor.

Dr Nace is wonderful. However the wait time was a little long

As a walk in , was seen very quickly, was in the office for just about an hour. The tech, the PA, the med student, the DME tech and Dr. Nace couldn't have been nicer. The cortisone shot that I got was absolutely painless. I have had quite a few in the past and that was the absolute BEST one yet.

The entire visit was very comfortable and the Check in was great. They were very helpful to help me complete my registration and I am most appreciative. Dr Nace and his medical team were well versed in my medical condition and addressed my concerns very well.

This was my first appointment with Dr. James Nace and everything went well. I was there for him to familiarizer himself as to how the few years ago total femur replacement was doing. He said my X-Rays looked fine, manipulated the leg, asked to watch me walk, looked at the wound and saw it had completely healed. Was very open, easy to have a conversation, asked about any PT or other way/ways exercised on a daily basis, did not think he was a god and if so, did not to appear to. I have another follow-up appointment in a year and look forward to seeing him again.

I love how Dr. Nace and his staff were fully informed about my case and that they took time to sit with us to help us plan our treatment options. I never felt rushed as you do with some doctors. His team seems to work so well together.

My only problem is scheduling was supposed to happen, and they finally, after my call, and then we had a mix-up because Dr. Nace said that we were scheduling for next month, and the scheduler told me no December, and that's not acceptable. Considering this was a Dr. visit, it was unexpectedly pleasant. All my medical concerns were addressed.

I really like that. I was seen quickly. I had, like, 1 or 2 minute. And I was spoke with a resident 1st, who was very helpful. And then Dr can be very helpful. I appreciate he's plain language. I did hear a thing twice because the resident gave me information and Dr. Nace repeated some of it and broke upon a Bible. It felt very well taken care of. Very well heard. And the doctors took their time with me, and I really appreciate that, particularly to have to have a surgery that, while standard for them, is pretty scary for me. So that's it. And Dr. Nace came highly recommended, and I will highly recommend him post-surgery.

The people working in the reception area I have never seen before- might be new. Had to wait 30 mins past my appointment time to be called and no one from the desk ever called me up to verify that I had checked in and my ins was correct.

Everyone treated me with professionalism. I come from Germantown, MD and I wish there was some Lifebridge facilities in this area. The Healthcare in this area.

Dr Nace is an exceptionally skilled doctor. Have my knee drained and receive injections into both knees at intervals. Compared to at least 4 other practitioners, he is the best by far.
