Weight was way too long. We're there for a quick check up in an x-ray and it took three hours.

We had a long delay before we were seen by Dr Conway. The delay was over 1 and 1/2 hours beyond our appt time. This was way too long to wait. Once we saw Dr Conway everything moved quickly. She knew exactly how she was going to treat my medical needs.

Punctuality, that's what I would like.

I waited over an hour past my appointment time just to go in for X-ray's. Then, the Dr. came in to the exam room promptly. The time she spent with me was minimal, but sufficed.

Dr Conway and her staff are exceptional. She gave me hope and results when no one else did. I am indebted to her. And Hannah is very good.

My appointment with Dr. Conway was absolutely wonderful. She was professional, and explained things so I can understand. I was referred to Dr. Conway by Dr. Peter Jay, and I was impressed with Dr. Conway for my first visit. She diagnosed problems with my.wounds, and quickly recommended surgery.

I love everyone there from front desk to Healthcare staff. Dr Conway takes her time with patients so no problem for me not being taken on time!

I don't know what I would have done without Dr. Janet Conway. She changed my life. My life had become unlivable. For a period of four years, I went from being independent to being totally dependent on someone else. She changed that for me. She changed my arm and removed it to a position that at least made it comfortable for me to be able to balance myself. And now, I am looking forward to getting up every day now because she changed my life. Even though there is pain at times, I am able to function. And I am grateful to Janet Conway.

Awesome experience. Dr Conway is a Wonderful person ?? her and all her staff. She is going to fix my leg and give me the ability to walk again in a prosthetic leg and not be bound to a wheelchair anymore. I can't wait.?

Provider is very good but the wait time was terrible.

I understand how busy Dr. Conway gets but my last two appointments have been 3 1/2 hours waiting to be seen. I would also like to say that your portal is pretty much useless because sending emails do not get answered and medication request. Do not get answered. I had to email the PA.

The folks at the registration desk were upbeat and professional in every way.

My provider is very well liked and a great doctor, but the practice needs someone to help. I was there for 4 hours, and 3 hours were in the waiting room. That is something that needs to be address. I wouldn't change my doctor for anyone else because she is the best. I just hate waiting because I ride mobility transportation and I can never catch my ride home on time, and I have to stay an extra hour to wait for a ride.

Dr. Conway is the best. She takes the time necessary with each patient and consequently appointments run behind. However when it is my husband's turn she gives him her complete attention and never rushes. She is worth the wait. Until days have more hours or weeks have more days that is what we will expect.

I would like to know why i was told by Dr Conway to "book an earlier apt. Like one of the first ones so that I'm not late"... I booked an 8:15am appointment and she was OVER and hour late!! I waited 3 HOURS one appointment to see her and I waited over 2 hours for another appointment. ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Dr. Conway, Hannah the PA and Sonya who took out my staples and stitches were all great. They took into consideration my anxiety and kept me calm. Sonya is a fantastic tech who got me through the suture removal. Olivia at the front desk was extremely helpful in getting me on the schedule as I was never added to the schedule from when I was in the hospital. (That part was upsetting as I got a ride down there because I live in the Philadelphia area). The other front desk staff were kind and helpful during checkout.

Dr. Conway seems to have lived up to her impeccable reputation of being the best knee surgeon in the DMV area. While I understand that someone with her credentials will get behind from time to time, it might help to be informed of the delays when it's up to 2 hours.

Dr Conway is the top joint infection in the country and somewhat internationally. Her medical staff is exemplary. Her PAC is awesome and answers all questions in a timely manner after consulting with Dr Conway . I have to note that the scheduling staff was not as helpful... I will also note that the hospital staff in the orthopaedic wing pre and post op was exemplary and very caring.

We were finally seen after over an hour's wait. We had to go through the X-ray procedure two different times because the communication between provider and technicians was poor. The entire appointment took over three hours, most of which was spent waiting.

Dr. Conway is the most thorough orthopedic doctor I have ever seen. She addresses everything I came to see her about. She is the best!!

Dr. Conway was very concerned with my over all recovery from my knee surgery and getting the best results possible.

Physician was running late, but after we asked, the appointment began roughly when the staff thought we could expect to be seen. Having said that, no reason to expect people to arrive 15 min early if this is what usually occurs.

As a new patient, I expected to receive excellent care and that is exactly what I received. All people there were great.

It would be nice not to have to wait in the waiting room an hour then another hour in the exam room before you see the doctor. This is all the time maybe Dr Conway should. have more then 2 days to see patients.

Yes, I was just so ecstatic that I got out of there within under an hour time. And partially some of that was my fault because I believe I checked in at 8.03. But otherwise, I had a great, loved it. I loved getting out of there way before two, three hours worth. Thank you.

I was hoping for a hinge so I could bend my knee, but I got the answer I expected. Waiting six more months could allow for a better outcome. That's not the answer wanted to hear, but I know it's the answer that's best for my health.

I can only say that the entire staff of Lifebridge Health were courteous and respectful. They answered any questions we might have and the appointment was in a time manor.

Parking can be a challenge as I need handicap parking.

My husband has been going to Dr Conway for years.when other doctors said to cut off his foot Dr Conway said she can fix it. She gave him his life back we will gladly wait for her because once she gets in the room she really takes care of him. Love this lady.

Dr. Conway is excellent. I trust her completely and recommend her to anyone who asks about knee replacement surgery.

Only issue was a 2 hr delay after my appointment time. Dr. Conway is a gem; but waiting months for an appointment and being 2 hrs delayed for a scheduled appointment is frustrating and somewhat demeaning as a person in need of medical care.

We were told to be there at 10/15 for a 10:30 appt. Which we did. We ended up waiting a total of 3 hrs before we actually met with the provider. Nobody told us what the delay was. The providers fellow told us at one point we were next. A half hour later we met Dr. Conway. We thought she was excellent!

It would be helpful to NOT put a patient in the exam room and make them wait an hour and a half. No one came in to explain the delay. This isn't the first time it has happened. This last visit felt rushed.

I was lost in the computer system. My appointment was put in as a preop cross and match appointment. Problem started a rippling effect of bad issues.

This last appt. was 1st time I was actually given a follow up appt while checking out and leaving the building. This was nice to have an appt within the time frame specified by my doctor to be sure my surgery wounds were healing good.

Outstanding Services Rendered Unto Me!

The appointment was about 30 minutes late getting started and took about two hours longer than expected to complete for a consultation.

Dr. Conway is always courteous and professional. Her direction and care has been critical to my successful recovery.

Antonia was just amazing when I checked in. She is very knowledgeable about everything that goes on in her department. She explained what I would expect and she walked me through the process of setting up my account online. She was Awesome????? Dr Conway is a Godsend and she has changed my life forever ? She has given me new hope and inspiration. I had my mind set to have my leg amputated but after 10 minutes of looking at my scans, she gave me and my wife the best news we've ever heard. Not only did I not need my leg amputated but she could actually lengthen my leg to match my other leg so that I would walk level again and be somewhat back to normal again??? She has no idea how much she has given me a new lease on life and I will be forever grateful for her coming into my life. I never thought I could have my world changed and the weight off my shoulders after just an hour and a half of her explaining how everything would be done. She took the time to go through every step that she will do to accomplish this entire journey. She is absolutely amazing and our hero. No other Drs would ever contemplate let alone doing that kind of procedure. I am glad the lord put me in her life because she has absolutely given me something to look forward to. That's why my referring Drs all said that she is the best and that they would go to her to have the procedure done if they had the same injury that I have?????

For the first time in over 8 months, I feel like someone is hearing me and there is hope for a full recovery from a full knee replacement surgery done at another facility.

Yes, I would appreciate it if you had told me I was being discharged today. The nurse came to me and told me I was just being discharged. I would have wanted to, like, spoke to the doctors or the nurse, the doctors to come talk to me and tell me what's what and I'm being discharged. Instead, the nurse come talking to me, to everybody. Well, the doctors said to me that they thought somebody had talked to me, like, from their team, which nobody didn't talk to me. So, yes, I would appreciate that very much that the doctors talk to me or the patient before they make a discharge decision. Thank you. Bye.

Very positive experience Hopefully the course of treatment is as positive as well Loved that Dr Conway demeanor and attacking medical issues. Some confusion in the admission to the hospital last night but out of the doctors control. Sat in ER for 7 hours before being admitted. Hard for a insulin dependent diabetic and immobile to get meds and food while waiting.

Dr. Conway was very informative and helpful. I love how she explained everything and made me feel confident in her abilities.

My provider was very knowledgeable and comforting to me. Gave me all the possibilities for the outcome of the surgery.

I plan to reach out to the hospital directly with additional information because initially I had a date that was confirmed with Dr. Conway's scheduler. And then six weeks later when it was about to be that date, I found that they had never actually in fact added me to the schedule. This created a huge amount of problems for me because of not only having you know, secured time off work and secured a person to accompany me to the facility, which is not close to my house, but it involved a scramble and trying to get back on the schedule and find somebody else within a short window because I had some constraints. So given that I had tried to do this six weeks ahead of time and I was not in fact added to the schedule as promised, I don't think I got enough of an explanation or apology or anything to really remedy the situation and find out if

The front desk staff were friendly, helpful and took care of me even though I was 1 hour early. I have recommended Dr Conway and Sinai to several of my friends and will continue to do so.

I didn't like, that I waited two hour's & a half(past my scheduled appointment time) to be seen by my Dr. Then, I only saw her a few minutes(at most) & she left/was gone.

I have been in many hospitals due to my medical problems and I can honestly say I've never been so well taken of! My dr is amazing along with her staff. The nurses on 3N were the kindest, most caring, accommodating nurses I've ever had. I could tell they loved their jobs and made me feel like family. Dietary, unit clerks and housekeeping were always helpful and friendly. I was always greeted with smile!!

Dr Conway is a very talented and compassionate doctor. She has a way of relieving tension with her warm sense of humor. I would highly recommend her. My Phisical therapists completely respect her abilities. I am healing well and wouldn't hesitate going back to her I needed to. Top notch.

doctor ran late due to surgery, office notified me via phone ..no problem routine follow up resulted in possible candidate for new procedure...after three years and 7 surgeries this news was very encouraging

The wait was almost 2 hours. Dr. Conway had more people than usual (4 or 5) with her. I felt she was not as focused on me. Questions weren't answered as completely as usual. Maybe an "off" day. Not what I have come to expect.
