Been with Dr Javillo for years.

He took the time to explain to me as he exam me and takes his time. I was happy because I would have had to stop him and ask questions. It was like he already Knows what I was thinking . I think he just a wonderful Doctor.

Dr Javillo medical assistant was very professional and knowledgeable about all the medical questions I had about the preparation of my pre op examination. Dr Javillo was very attentive about some concerns he had pertaining to me. They were not life or death however he did inform me it could be considered when I have the procedure done. Dr Javillo was very prompt for my appointment. He was able to provide a timeline of my results and when to expect my paperwork to be sent over to the hospital.

I just want to say that Dr. Javillo is a very caring physician and he seems to be on time with diagnosis and results. He just makes me feel comfortable with whatever goes on when I'm there at the facility. helping me get the right prescriptions or referring me to another doctor. I really appreciate all that he does. Thank you.

I've been with Dr. Javillo for years. He always provides good service.

The people involved were all excellent, considerate, timely, and professional. It was my first time seeing a new doctor, so he only knew what I could tell him or what he could glean from online downloads. My only complaint was that the directions offered were minimal and cost me 20 minutes in asking for directions and taking shuttles to get to the right building and office.

I was actually early to my appointment (by 20 minutes roughly), and next thing I know, I was called back to my appointment ahead of schedule. Dr. Jason has been upfront, caring, and very knowledgeable.

He was a pretty good provider being associated the first time we met. I did find that he wasn't quite sure about a few things and he went out and he checked and came back. But other than that, overall his communicating with me, his interaction with me were great.

Yes, I'm displeased with the fact that I'm not able to talk with anyone at the office directly, that it goes to some sort of messaging center. I feel that's very impersonal and I'd like to speak with someone administratively or the doctor directly at the office. Thank you.

I asked my PCP if i can have an EKG taken, so i will have a baseline record. He said there's no indication to get an EKG. (My husband's primary doctor required him to have EKG taken as part of his health record.) I complained of occasional dizziness, I asked for head CT scan, he said no indication to do it. Instead he said we have to check labs first & go from there.

Jason Regillo is very personable, and he took care of any of my questions and needs right away. The staff has gotten a lot more nicer and helpful, so I do appreciate it, my experience, as always. Thank you. And I was having an issue before with the front desk, but now everybody's been wonderful. Thank you.

Over all I love my Doctor Jason Javillo

The staff in the reception area could put even a little bit of a smile and put a little bit of enthusiasm while working. They are the first face that visitors see when they come to the office.I'm giving them a benefit of the doubt, maybe they are tired. Reception staff are courteous and respectful though. No complaints about the provider.

My care team shows concern for me, they all listen and hear what my concerns are. They actually do their work and come up with solutions.

Its hard to talk to the office or secretary I been calling almost 4 days to get in touch the person who answer the phone has an attitude also.

The person assigned to take the vitals was most unprofessional, and borderline rude. She would definitely benefit with some more training in customer service and how to be respectful to geriatric clients.
