Jennifer and her staff are amazing. She is knowledgeable and explains things in detail and makes sure you understand the information. She has saved me from going to the ER several times. I can't say enough great things about her and the CHF clinic. She is an asset to Lifebridge health.

Im just so grateful to hsve both The Tevis Heart Failure Clinic as well as their incredible team of professionals to not just write prescriptions n preach but to always treat me with the utmost respect as well as explain things step by step about new meds, how n when to take them as well ss possible side effects. Everyone at The Heart Failure Clinic has made my experience wonderful.

Jen and Julie always make me feel welcomed and safe. They are thorough and non judgemental. They do not make me feel judged and help me make healthy choices that are sustainable. I am so pleased with them that I continue to drive 40+ minutes out of my way to continue my cardiac care with them.
