The receptionist has a bad attitude. If you could please be friendlier and have a little more energy when speaking with a patient in person or on the phone, I didn't like the way she spoke. The doctor, on two occasions, also had a less than pleasant attitude. Both of them need to be more professional in a medical setting. I understand it's a long day, but I've had doctors who treated me with kindness and patience. Thank you.

I just want to say that Dr. Spelton's office was one of the best experiences that I've had in a long time, whether it be a primary care office, GI office, whatever kind of office, the office is very professional and helpful. Dr. Felton is very professional and very helpful. She explains things in a way that I can understand. And also, I just would like to say something good about her staff. They are very helpful as well, especially what is her name? Lord, I can't think of her name. But anyway, they are very helpful and I appreciate everything that they've done for me.

My experience with the doctor and the staff and then even the surgery at the hospital was absolutely amazing. I hope I never have to come back again, but if I do, I will come back and ask for her and I will actually refer her to anybody if I know somebody has a similar issue.
