my appointment was canceled and rescheduled 3 times and not at my request. Because I got heated and did not want to change my appointment after their second request to change my appointment , the office manager at the Eldersburg office threatened that she would be sending me a letter stating I would be removed from their practice because i was upsetn and not being cooperative or polite.

I messaged the Dr to get my medicine adjusted. When I asked for the Dr to call the nurse said she wants me to come in person. At times, things can be taken care of over the phone if the Dr knows the patient well. I do not feel the messages were related to the Dr and they answered them without consulting.

Jill Koeppen is the consummate caring professional. She cares for me as if my life depends on it.

Jill Koeppen was great! The only concern I had this appointment was with the number of times (4) I had to provide my insurance information: 1st during the online "pre-registration; 2nd to someone from BW Primary Care who called the day before my appointment to say they didn't have my insurance (I gave it to them again but told them I had entered that info online the day before - they said they didn't see it); 3rd the morning of the appointment I was asked to provide insurance info again during on-line "pre-check-in"; and 4th at the front desk when checking-in. When I told the last person I had already provided my insurance multiple times over the last several days they said there were multiple systems and they each needed it. The process was pretty inefficient. If there are multiple systems make it so they can seamlessly share information.

Jill has always gone above and beyond. She takes her time to explain everything so that you totally understand. Her bedside manner is exceptional!

Practical and personal suggestions to improve test results would be welcomed. Genetically change your diet isn't helpful.

As usual, the entire process of scheduling my appointment , reception, appointment with provider and checkout was an exceptional experience. I have often recommended BW Primary to friends.

The provider had an issue with another patient, and therefore saw me later than usual, but l didn't care. That sort of thing happens now and then.

Jill Koeppen is outstanding!!! She is professional, courteous, caring, listens well, never makes you feel rushed & answers ALL questions thoroughly, is SUPER knowledgeable, has a very pleasant bedside manner and is just overall a lovely person! What a blessing to have her as my care provider!!!

My wife and I have been using this group of providers for a long time and have no complaints.

My experience at the doctor's office was great. The only thing I will say is I do have to wait for an appointment usually at least a few weeks, which is usually ok.

She uses language that is easy to understand and speaks at a pace and volume that is good for seniors. She prepares you regarding what shots or tests that need to be performed in the future. Jill Koepin, NP, and her assistant Diane are absolutely TOPS in their profession!!! I have never had a health care provider make me feel like I was family going above and beyond my health needs!!! Going through Colon Cancer treatment right now and I've found more comfort and help from these two beautiful women, comfort and professionalism are a rare commodity these days and I will never forget how compassionately I've been treated during this health crisis.
