I arrived early as requested, was seen over an hour later than my appointment time, no one apologized for the delay.

Dr Ingari's bedside manner is awesome! I felt very comfortable with him and I feel he's very competent. Also, he did not seem to rush through the appt.

Dr. Ingari is a gem. His bedside manner, knowledge, and experience makes him valuable for me. Based on my experience with Dr. Ingari, and what I know about his experience, I would not trust another surgeon with my dominant hand with the surgery I need.

I believe that the staff at the reception desk could work more productively, talking less among themselves and dedicating more time to patients

I absolutely loved Dr. Ingari and Jamal! Only thing I didn't love about my experience was that I wasn't seen in a timely fashion. Dr. Ingari seemed overbooked. Someone else checked in for 3pm with him and that was also my appt time. Other than that...I appreciated his knowledge and his personality made me feel very comfortable!!!

My Doctor was the BEST

Dr. Ingari is a wonderful, caring, and extremely knowledgeable physician. He explai things in an easy to understand manner. He offers options and does not pressure into making a decision.

The staff were professional. They received me and addressed me in a very timely manner. No long waiting; which was a sign of mutual respect for my time as well. The atmosphere was extremely pleasant as well. Thank you.

Dr. Ingari was very professional and kind, he didn't realize I was an LBH physician so I felt like an accidental undercover agent. It was nice to see that I wasn't getting special treatment as a physician, and that he treats everybody so well.

Great bedside manner

The women that work in the front at the desks, etc., they were rude, they never smile. There used to be a group of women at the front desk that were wonderful, they are now gone and I'm not sure where they were transferred to or why they're not there anymore but it's very sad that life bridge hires so many people based on color and not people based on thoughtfulness, courtesy or plain nice people! It's as though women that worked at the front desk are angry that they have to work and they look at all of us as though we have a lot of money and they treat us that same way. Personally I don't know who does the hiring/or the firing but whoever is part of personnel has done a very bad job. Aside from having wonderful wonderful people who are the providers themselves, the staff and workers are horrible.

The doctor was very helpful, very knowledgeable, very nice, very friendly. I would definitely recommend him to any family member. I really enjoyed my appointment. He put me at ease. He's definitely a 10.

If was a good experience

My experience, my not so good experiences with the, I believe the reservation office, which I just learned is separate from the actual office, the ortho office that I went to. The person in registration or reservations, reservations, appointments, the person that made my appointment, When I called to let them know that I was there and that I was running a few minutes late, that person did not make me feel like a unique individual. In fact, the person was quite rude when I was trying to notify them that I was there and that I was checking in with the security office. I did not get the person's name that I talked to on that day. It wasn't the person that made my actual appointment.

Dr. Ingari was excellent! He is so knowledgeable and patient-centered. Gave me hope for healing.

Yes, I've been going to Dr. Ingari since 2022. I would not change anything that he does for the courtesy of the staff. I enjoy the people there and I enjoy my doctor. Thank you.

The doctor was very humorous treated me with respect. He was very nice.

Dr. Ingari was very nice and personable. He listened to me and responded to my questions and concerns. I felt appreciated as a patient and I will share my experience with friends and family.

I did not see the provider. I wanted to see a specialist who could treat me for the wrist and shoulder. This provider could not so I left without being seen or treated. He told the tech to explain that he could not treat/consult/advise me on my shoulder.

The main thing was just how buried the office was. It wasn't clean. There's stains on the walls and not really what I think of when I think of going to the doctor.

Dr. Ingari is amazing. I almost left without being seen because of the late start but I would have come back to Ingari because he is a provider I trust!

I was very impressed with the entire experience. Everyone was well organized and efficient. Doctor Ingari in particular was incredibly pleasant and professional! He really seemed to care about my situation, listened intently, shared the x-ray results with me and explained everything clearly. Felicia, the scheduler was also very pleasant and helpful.

He knew me and knew that I was having more trouble than I indicated. In fact he did not ask if I was having pain, he just knew I was and where it was and how bad it was. And suggested what we could do to make it better.

There is no question how wonderful absolutely intelligent and learned Man, Dr ingari is.! Problem I have and always have had is how rude and inconsiderate the front desk ladies are. They are there as representatives of the Rubin institute/Dr ingari.

It was a pleasant first time visit

Dr. Salem was personable and helpful. Dr. Ingari explained everything asked me through questions. They both asked great questions of my lifestyle (bowling). I was very happy with the care they provided.

Dr. Ingari is amazing. He is up beat, sensitive and really cares. He knows how to relate to people. He gives positive feedback and and tries to do the path of least invasive first. His interns are super also.

The registration process is excessive, and I fail to believe that LifeBridge doesn't know it's flawed. To make us register, then do it all over again to check in cannot be necessary. And now, on arrival, theres a new sheet I'm told everyone has to complete at each visit, and with one singular exception (my pain level), as a returning patient, everything asked on that sheet is already in my chart. I resent busy work. I will not be filling it out moving forward. I suggest your operations team look at the friction points for patients-many of whom may be in pain-and find ways to minimize them, rather than maximize them, which is what's happening now.

Dr. Ingari is an extremely kind, compassionate, and professional orthopedic surgeon. I have the utmost respect for his skill as a surgeon and I would highly recommend him to others.

Dr Ingari was the Best he had a good personality with his knowledge.

After leaving the office, they tried to call me to discuss instructions for my son's surgery the next morning. They were not able to get a hold of me as I had returned to work and didn't listen to the voicemail until after they closed. I wish this had been discussed at our appt instead.
