This practice would benefit from getting new patients entered into the portal BEFORE first visit. It was incredibly painful trying to get the required paperwork completed beforehand when it should be able to happen online like every other medical practice we encounter in modern days.

Dr. Heinemann is very professional. Gave a call as soon as he got the lan results.

I accidentally drove to the wrong location and the staff at both locations were extremely kind and courteous. Dr Heinemann is an exceptional physician.

Everyone was very respectful to me and my daughter and showed lots of care to my young daughter and shared there concerns. They answered all of my questions and gave me every information that I needed. I appreciate all of the help that was provided.

This office is always, polite and courteous and any questions that I need to ask they are answered I love Dr Heineman and wouldn't consider trading him for anything he always sits and explains everything medication wise and everything else and all of the receptionist in this office are very polite and they get done whatever needs to be done

I have not had a negative experience yet. All the staff are professional, helpful and knowledgeable and kind. The doctor has been great. I didn't say his name here because I don't want to mispell it and look stupid lol. I would recommend for sure.

Dr.Heinemann was kind and thorough

Dr Heinemann is wonderful. Not only is he knowledgeable, but he is down to earth. He speaks to my child in a way that is easy to understand. He shows empathy and compassion when answering questions. A wonderful bedside manner and always available to answer questions when they arise via the portal.

All the providers there was nice and professional. The doctor was very informative and kind, and I liked him. One thing I wanted the doctor provide us was giving me more possible recommendations or suggestions that the patient might be able to do at home to support his growth although I totally understand the growth will be vary and due to genetical factors from the parents. I know the fact, yet I wanted to hear some professional opinions or suggestions the patient could do at home that might help my child's growth. Thank you.

Dr. Joseph Heinemann is one of the best physicians we've ever had. He is so knowledgeable, compassionate, caring, involved, patient, personable and makes my daughter feel really comfortable. He always gives us as much time as we need to ask our questions, for him to explain evening to us, and we never feel rushed. He really cares about my daughter's health and well being. He is top notch and we feel so fortunate and blessed that he is our doctor!

Dr. Heineman (and Dr Marwa before him) have been very caring and attentive doctors. The staff in the office is equally helpful and friendly and has helped me a lot with prescription changes and authorizations for insurance.
