My appointment was changed to an earlier time and it still took over an hour to be seen by the Dr.

Dr. Taylor and her assistant constantly direct all questions and attention to the female. We are divorced, we both were present, I have my child 50% of the time, but Dr. Taylor even after I mentioned what she was doing refused to acknowledge me or look my direction. This has been happening since my child has been coming to this facility. They kinda act like they hate me. This is very unprofessional, maybe I'll file a complaint.

I was very pleased with my son's provider, his pediatrician. Very thorough and addressed some questions that I had and was patient while I was looking into some other information, seeing some vaccinations, and just was very thorough and provided all the care and needs that I needed, didn't have to reschedule to get seen and to address some of his stuff. So I was very pleased and happy. His time is valuable and I was off to that appointment. So I was very pleased. Highly recommend Dr. Taylor. Thank you.

Everyone was courteous and the facility was clean. We were offered a Flu Shot for my son, but we declined. We will return later to get his Flu Shot.

Dr. Taylor personalized the care of the patient and went beyond his medical issues to be encouraging and affirming. She answered all concerns that were voiced. An excellent experience.

I have transferred my family's providers to one location in Hanover, but I choose to keep this one for Cerabi because of Dr. Taylor and the staff is amazing. The facilities are always clean. And the doctor is very familiar with my child.
