I value the two way communication between my doctor and I. Her expertise and medical knowledge is expansive. She cares about her patients.

I have a grievance because I did blood work and I was told that to respond just like I'm using this automated system here. And I was supposed to get a call back with the results and I did not. And in fact, I still have not gotten my blood work follow-up report and it's been about four days now. All right. Thank you.

Hi, I was really impressed with the service because I have never gotten that service so quickly in all my life with all the times I've been going there. She was extremely knowledgeable and seemed to have tried to get me to understand all the things I was kind of going through, especially what the medicine was for. And she was very timely. Everyone was very timely. The front desk staff was very kind and courteous and very timely. So I was just really impressed with some of the things I've seen as a change. I'm finished.

I would like for the doctor I saw to be my permanent doctor

Overall it was a good experience. There's one provider to many patients it is not expected that the would know or recall a patient history.

Great customer service

Yes. I just want to say that I was not told about my legs. I looked my legs up myself and was startled by the results. And I had to call and make an appointment. So I was very nervous about my results. And my doctor was on vacation. So there was no one assigned to follow up with me regarding my legs. And my doctor was not coming back till November. I am a new patient, I understand that, but I really feel like someone should have followed up with me. Also, the nurse practitioner that I made an appointment with on that day, she spent more time telling me that she was being left in the office by herself. So she needs to hurry up so that she can get out of the office because everyone left her in there. So I don't feel like, now, granted she did,

I LOVE MY PROVIDER AND HER MA's!!! Dr. Joy TRULY LISTENS , EXPLAINS and insures I understand before I'm discharged. HER MA's are always in tune with my care. They always make me feel like everything is going to be ALRIGHT regardless of the purpose of the appointment!!!!!

I arrived five minutes late. The receptionist was helping someone else. There was one other person in front of me. I was told I would not be able to be seen due to my lateness. I felt this was unfair. I spoke to a supervisor and was able to be seen after waiting over an hour. The staff was very respectful. I left feeling satisfied

I know the dr was with a patient explaining info before she started with me. I appreciate her honesty, time spent, and explaining of health issues.

The office was extremely cold and appointment was very late

Dr. Joy is extremely thorough in her examinations and found issues that others before her missed in previous exams. She truly cares for her patients and that means the world to me.

It's hard to get an appointment for this office because of a call center. The doctor didn't want to understand the situation or problem enough to write the proper work slip and the supervisor wasn't helpful either.

I didn't appreciate her bedside mannerism. She was rude and unwelcoming.

Everyone was friendly and joking with me. I felt at ease and was able to get through my exam easily. Great team!

Terrible bedside manners and rude

The doctor was very helpful and provided me with all the information that I needed to know and explain the reasons why I needed to take the medication as described. I would definitely recommend her.

When I came to the office, my insurance wasn't working. I was having some dilemmas with transferring insurance. The receptionist gave me time to go out, call my insurance provider, and have them change the provider's name on my insurance card. When I saw the first nurse, she was very nice, taking my blood pressure and everything. When I saw Ms. Joy, Ms. Joy is always exceptional. She pays a lot of attention to detail. She asks a lot of questions and she tried to give me a whole lot of information on my illness. I'm very grateful for her.

Dr. Joy was kind, compassionate, snd very knowledgeable. She recognized that I was in pain. She fit me in to her schedule when my provider refused to see or talk to me when I arrived several minutes late (my Uber got lost). I explained to the receptionist that I called the call center. She explained that they do mot get calls at the office, but she arranged for me to see Dr. Joy. I was so pleased by her care, referrals for PT and Pain management, and the educational material that she provided, that I requested to switch doctors. I am pleased that Dr. Joy will be my new doctor.
