She provided me all the information about my health and how to improve my health.

Everything went fine

Joy was very thorough in her examination. She listened and answered my questions.

Both of the receptionists were beyond helpful with directing me to update my insurance info etc. and Dr Joy was kind knowledgeable and thorough. However the staff is who assist you between reception and the doctor were extremely unprofessional. Not only did I have to wait while they had personal conversations. Once called they were loud enough upfront that I could still hear their conversations while I was in the back. I should not know that one woman's daughter gets milk from wic and she'll bring some in to the other young woman because that's how loud they were talking. I understand personal conversations will occur they should stop them to care for the patient then go back to it. We shouldn't have to wait for them to finish talking to be helped

The Nurse Practitioner was very good and knowledgeable. I had a good experience at Potomac Physicians.

It is not the staff on the premises but more the staff that answers the phones that I find disconcerting.

Everyone is nice, but I especially like the doctor. She's so mature, decent, and explains everything in detail. She's definitely my favorite.

I can't say enough about my experience when I have a visit with Joy. Even though I was sick during this visit, I feel I received the best service any physician can give. After handling the issues with my sickness, she thoroughly reviewed, medications, the need for any upcoming tests, addressed my concerns and provided useful information regarding programs for patients. She is thorough and strongly advocates for patients. I truly look forward and enjoy my visits with her. Staff was professional and friendly. Facility was clean.

I love my provider. She has taken care of me and my husband for many years and provides exceptional care to both of us.

The provider's nurse could have been more friendlier.

Ms Joy was wonderful. The receptionist that checked me in was horrible. She called me up to the desk area and sat silent for more than 5 minutes before telling me that she was having trouble verifying my insurance. 8 minutes go by so I pulled up my portal to assist and she told me needed to print the information which took another 10 minutes. The other receptionist was able to check in 3 other patients snd 2 had issues while I waited for the one to help me. Her customer service skills are poor because if she had only communicated with me and not treated me as if I just showed up to her house uninvited, there would be no issue on my end.

Joy is very rude in how she says and asks things. She has no empathy and no bed side manners at all. This is a constant problem I have with her at each of my visits. I will be finding another primary care provider asap! I am very dissatisfied with my provider!!

The experience was exceptional accept for the check-in receptionist. This was my 2nd visit to see a new care provider. The front entrance receptionist was very hostile. When I asked for a clipboard to write on, she suggested I use the ledge and stand there to complete forms. The person next in line was given a clipboard.

Labcorp office not acceptable

Joy is always wonderful, knowledgeable and professional. She is the reason I come back time and time again. The lady at checkout who schedules appointments was helpful and very sweet. The ladies who work the front desk on the adult reception side, are entirely too loud. They do not use inside voices at all and the walls must be thin because we could hear them very clearly with the door to the room closed. That would be the only area I say could use improvement because it was a bit distracting.

Nurse Practitioner Joy was excellent and very professional. She listened to me when I explained how I was feeling. Ordered the proper meds I needed, and the meds were ready when I arrived at my pharmacy . I'm feeling a little better already

Professional, knowledgeable, and thorough

Yeah, I appreciate Dr. Joy. She stays on top of me. She makes sure I come in for my appointments. And she's the best. She's really a good doctor, really an excellent doctor, as a matter of fact.

The only thing that I don't like is I do understand I am on medication for anxiety. And depression and I have to wait to see a doctor to give me my medication. what I don't understand is they? Have you fill this paper out. And then they send the paper over to the doctor So you could be seen how long do that take? So you could see the doctor I just feel like when people on medication, I think the process should be a little bit more faster .and also I cannot just stop taking the medication, I did one time before and I was a mess.

Dr. Joy is very knowledgeable and was able to communicate my condition in a manner that I understood. She is friendly and demonstrates expertise in her field. I am very comfortable with Dr. Joy Ahanouh as my provider. She explained everything to me and told me of the next steps in my care.

Perfect provide for my health care

Good experience. My provider as always was most informative and patient, she is familiar with my history and repeatedly asked if I understood the info which she was sharing with me. Additionally she answered the few questions I had for her. She let me know that I would be contacted once my test results were completed

Ms Ahanonu was knowledgeable and helpful with the plan of care including a referral for ENT.

I value the two way communication between my doctor and I. Her expertise and medical knowledge is expansive. She cares about her patients.

I have a grievance because I did blood work and I was told that to respond just like I'm using this automated system here. And I was supposed to get a call back with the results and I did not. And in fact, I still have not gotten my blood work follow-up report and it's been about four days now. All right. Thank you.

Hi, I was really impressed with the service because I have never gotten that service so quickly in all my life with all the times I've been going there. She was extremely knowledgeable and seemed to have tried to get me to understand all the things I was kind of going through, especially what the medicine was for. And she was very timely. Everyone was very timely. The front desk staff was very kind and courteous and very timely. So I was just really impressed with some of the things I've seen as a change. I'm finished.

I would like for the doctor I saw to be my permanent doctor

Overall it was a good experience. There's one provider to many patients it is not expected that the would know or recall a patient history.

Dr. Joy is an excellent doctor, very patient and knowledgeable and makes your appointments feel very comfortable.
