The receptionist -- Yula, the nurse who took my vitals -- Willa, and Dr Azie were very nice and made it an enjoyable visit.

This is my 3rd appointment with the provider. This is the 3rd time she asked me about my cardiac procedure. I DO NOT HAVE ANY CARDIAC HISTORY. I told her this all 3 times. Her response is that she doesn't know how to get it off of my record. She said this 3 times in a row. She asks me the same questions over and over again. She seems very incompetent. When I signed up for this provider, she was located down the road from my home. She is now 1.5 hours with traffic away from my home. I will be changing providers due to the distance and the care that I have received.

The receptionist was very rude and nasty as usual . The Dr and her assistants were very kind and respectful. That receptionist was very rude . She will make people leave if they are 5 minutes late and she ignores customers who have been waiting .

Well, what I can say is that every time I go, it's a pleasant boom appointment. I get the information that I'm needed from my doctor. She's always explaining things and letting me know how healthy I need to become or what I need to do to become more healthy. The assistant is very welcoming. She helps with anything. She also answers questions if I have need, but I need to ask her anything. So I'm very pleased with my doctor and his doctor's office of Dr. Azie.

Excellent service, my doctor listen to me. She explains all my health questions. I am very satisfied with her remarkable service. Also, the hours are great, I am able to get a very late appointment and that means a lot to me. In addition, the location is great too!! The supporting staff are friendly and everyone are very professional.

I couldn't understand the doctor some time . I had to keep asking the doctor repeatedly what was said until I got a clear understanding of the question.

The nurse who took me back seemed very distracted and barely looked at me when talking. The provider took a call while I was mid talking and then was then texting or something on her phone most of the visit. Said I dont know to every statement and question I had. Mostly silent. Didnt seem to care about anything I said. It was a super weird & awkward visit.

Provider is not good for me. I can get my prescriptions sent to pharmacy on time. I'm dissatisfied.

I need more personality from my provider. One to make me feel like they care about my health. Explain things to me. To also make me feel they know what they're doing. Pretend they care, even if they don't.

From the moment I walked in...I was impressed from the receptionist to The waiting area. The office is clean and everyone was knowledgeable and effective! The ease of scheduling on line was amazing! I found my new PCP home! Thank you Dr Azie!

She was good but you could tell she need more experience.

Dr. Azie is very thorough. She listened to my concerns and took appropriate measures to address them. She gave referrals for specialists she felt I should see. I really appreciate that she takes time with her patients.

I'm having reservations on whether my doctor is actually a real doctor. On several occasions, I, using my medical experience only as a paramedic, it seems like I know a lot more about the body than she does. So, yeah. I've had reservations about her in the past, but I'm really not sure if she's a real doctor.

The provider and her staff really don't care about patient care and concerns. The two previous providerers and their staff did a very good job and I do commend them for that, but the current one and her staff are not concerned when it comes to patient care and concerns. I am desperately looking for another provider close to where I live.

I would have appreciated if the doctor would have spoken to me more about my treatment options for my condition rather than prescribe me one medication and not say much about it.
