    This was my first Zoom appointment where I could not see the care provider. The screen was black. She did recommend me to a different location and helped me figure out how to write it.

    My visits are virtual. I rated the questions re: receptionist as 10 because when I did frequent the office, I always encountered courteous, professional staff.

    This was a tele-health appointment, therefore, a couple of the questions asked in the survey did not apply. Yes, Kathleen Fulton treated me with the utmost respect and answered all question and gave me needed information. A couple of my questions were a little unusual, I feel, as far as my condition, but Kathleen made me feel that they were appropriate to ask.
