Everyone was professional and helpful. The phone system is terrible however. I mostly use the portal. But my office visit was very nice.

The staff there are always amazing and my doctor is always current with my medical history and needs. I just moved to this area 3 yrs ago and was deeply concerned about switching doctors. They have made it a wonderful and comfortable decision to choose them!

LifeBridge is not as responsive as in my previous Experience through UofM. My calls sometimes result in no answer or somehow "get lost". I am not able to utilize your portal and must rely on direct calls and paperwork. As for the service I'm receiving through Ms. Barrit and the office staff, I receive excellent attention.

Katie is someone that brings her personality and knowledge to the issue and knows us well enough to know how to treat the illnesses. We think she's great.

After 25 yrs with Dr Goedeke who was absolutely the best Dr I've ever had in my 71 yrs of life and had cared for my parents for over 30 yrs. I was anxious to have to change providers, however Katie Barritt was wonderful. Wednesday was my first appt. with her. She was great! She was very professional, knowledgeable, thorough and an overall lovely woman. I am looking forward to getting to know her better in the future and feel greatly relieved and pleased to have her as my provider now.

It is virtually impossible to make an appointment via telephone. I waiting time on hold can go as long as an hour. Fortunately, I live close to Carroll Medical Group in Hampstead Md. It is easier for me to go there, to make an appointment.

The staff and Katie were fine. I couldn't stay in a relationship that had no principles in it that had any medical experience. Business only for profit !! Thank you to Katie, I was impressed with her!!

This was my first experience with Ms. Barritt. So she did not know me, and i did not know her. She was very professional and thorough; i would recommend her to anyone needing help. i was worried about a possible chest mass, and she mentioned that it was a known side effect of a medication i am taking.

I've been a patient of Katie for over 2 years. She is easy to speak with. Listens to my issues and always pleasant. Helpful!

It can take a very long time to get anyone there to answer the phone when trying to call for an appointment. The staff was nice for checking in. I didn't have to wait long for my provider for my appointment time. I don't know if she knew my health history, but she is very nice. She prescribed the medicines I take.
