On my summary, it's indicating that I need treatments that I don't need. Am I ER visitation it says I don't need them

I've been a BW Primary Care patient for 10 years and have seen Kerri Davis for most visits and I will continue to trust BW with my continuing medical needs.

Kerri Davis is MOST PROFESSIONAL and thorough...she listens to you... ABSOLUTELY the BEST in her field!!!!!!

I wish the Dr.s would say when they will be in the office. Too many times I was told that a Dr would follow up with me & when I call the next day. I'm told they were off that day.

This location, this practice has a very limited number of doctors, but incredible PAs, CPRNs, all kinds of nurses, and I'm very happy with Kerri Davis and her treatment. I've been seeing her for two years, I think, but I would love more frequent access to a doctor when needed as well.

We were told we'd have blood test within 48 hours. 48 hours has past, no results. We were trying to get into a nursing home before a snowstorm but need the TB results before doing so. Now we have to do it after the storm. Maybe don't tell people things like that if you can't produce results on time.

I have moved to Delaware and my husband and I sill go to this practice. It takes awhile to get into a primary care doctor's office where we live and we don't want to change primary care anyway. We just love this practice. Always respected and treated well. 10 out of 10!

The staff was very patient and professional. Dr. Davis was also patient and professional. She knew exactly what medication she needed to prescribe for me. And send my prescription to the pharmacy which was convenient.

I was not called back by the nurse for taking my vitals until 40 min after my appt time. And it was only after I asked at the desk if the provider was running behind. I checked in 10 min prior to the appt time. Apparently front desk staff marked me as a no show. The nurse and the provider apologized profusely for my wait after asking me about it. Then the office manager did come in to speak with me. I appreciated how it was handled especially since I have never waited that long before.

Kerri always takes the time to listen to me - means the world when having some issues and just need to cry a little. Never ever feel rushed. She is also an excellent medical professional - I trust her completely. And she is a sweetheart. Cindy Werner - can't say enough about her. Been coming to BW Primary as long as she has been there - like seeing an old friend! She is very professional and caring, too. Can't say enough about them.
