We were extremely satisfied with the orthopedic urgent care. I was not aware that that was a thing until my sister had told me. From the moment we walked in until the moment we left, everyone was so nice, very kind, greeted my son who has special needs, even kind of played around and joked that they were walking in the hall with him. It was an amazing experience and hopefully we never have to come back, but if we do, I absolutely would come back to this location. It was absolutely outstanding.

The walk-in clinic was so helpful. Kevin explained my son's injury to my son in a clear and calm way which helped ease my son's worry.

The clerk scheduled me for an appointment with the wrong doctor! I was still able to be seen as a walk in patient. And still seen around the time of my scheduled appointment. The error was fixed but very confusing.

I was in and out within 30 minutes (X-rays included) without an appointment. Every person from the front desk, to the tech, to the doctor was incredibly kind. 10/10!
