Keyonna Holmes, FNP

Keyonna M. Holmes was born and raised in Staten Island, New York. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing degree from Coppin State University. She is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She has served in many roles throughout her nursing career such as: Unit Manager, Charge Nurse, Nursing Supervisor and Preceptor. She has an extensive background in Long-term care and Medical-surgical nursing that has afforded her many skills. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
