I'M A NEW a patient this is my second visit I'm still learning them and they are still learning me we are learning to try to build a relationship my doctor has retired which I miss him dearly and would love to still have him back but as he said my doctor you have to give you a new physician a chance it's more patients than as doctors so I'm trying my best to get used to everything

The virtual appointment with Krista brown np was disappointing i wouldn't recommend her to any one she seemed not personable at all her i don't know maybe she's different in person

Dr. Brown was very pleasant. I appreciate her asking the appropriate questions for my care since this was a follow up visit from being discharged from a rehab center and my first visit to her office. She was helpful in giving me information for my follow up care as a result of the medical report from the rehab center.

K Brown was professional pleasant and explained all information and asked questions to make sure I understood.

When I was seen by Dr. Brown I was so pleased that I chose to switch to her as my primary care physician. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain each step in this new medical condition.

My Doctor is Great

While this was not my first time at the office, this was my first time seeing Nurse Practitioner Brown. She made me feel very comfortable and it felt as if she'd been my provider for a very long time. It was clear that she had reviewed my records before coming into the treatment room as I did not have to go back and reiterate things that I previously mentioned to her predecessors. It also helped that she had a great sense of humor. ?I was very pleased with her as well as with the support staff.

I have been a patient for over 15 years, and this staff is the overall best. THANKS!

?I had a wonderful appointment! My doctor is incredibly non-judgmental and easy to talk to, making every visit a pleasure. She's very pleasant and always makes sure to ask if there's anything we haven't covered before leaving the room. ?Her assistant and the entire front desk staff were also exceptionally pleasant and helpful. Even though I arrived quite early, everyone treated me with respect and kindness. I truly love going to this office!

My mobility taxi ride was late picking me up. I did a telephone call to the clinic. I appreciate their thoughtfulness in still seeing me. My visit was not rushed and everything worked out for my benefit. I even received my flu shot. Kudos ?

I was a little early for my appointment. I was seen, treated and back in my car 7 minutes after my actual appointment time. I would say I was very happy with my visit. I don't recall ever having to wait for an extended period of time. I'm very satisfied with my provider and the staff.

After seeing the provider, due to lunch breaks, there was no staff available to assist me. I needed my parking ticket handled (had to knock on the window for someone to help me) and blood work done. I think a portion of the staff should be available during lunch break if patients are still being seen in the back with the provider. I wound up going to LabCore at Quarry Lake in lieu of waiting until everyone was back from lunch. I was able to drive myself. However, Do you just leave patients less fortunate waiting???

I always get seen on time, If they are running behind they do let the patients know and that is so much appreciated because at least we know what is going on. thanks so much

Well, my provider was nice. She understood my ruckus, which I provided for her. The lab was pretty good, but I think the lab needed to be a little bit more responsible sooner than, you know, sooner. But my provider was nice. Everything that I first experienced in dealing with them was pretty good. I have nothing negative to say, not even with the lab. But I think the last time, it would be a little sooner. But it was great as well with the lab, as well. So I think that all in all, it wasn't a bad experience for my first visit.

My visit was for a pre-op. I was able to get some other information that I really needed. Everyone was very professional and extremely friendly.

I've been going here over 40 yrs and most of my experiences here were good. My primary care physician is wonderful and I hope she never leaves as the others have and broke my heart because they were great physicians

I'm on a step 2 medication, so before I can get refill on my medication. I need to see my primary care doctor every 3 months. it's awfully difficult to call in to get my monthly refills. This month (August) I didn't get my full prescriptions of meds. As long as she has been submitting my prescription, how could she get it wrong, and left it up to me to me to rectify the mistake.

I was completely satisfied and everyone was helpful, pleasant and professional.

I LOVE MY DOCTOR BUT YOUR FRONT OFFICE STAFF LACKS PROFESSIONALISM! THEY DON'T GREET YOU WHEN YOU WALK IN. I HAD TO WAIT FOR THEM TO FINISH A CONVERSATION ABOUT SOMEONE GETTING WATER FIRST. THEY ACT LIKE YOU ARE AN INCONVENIENCE TO THEM BY BEING THERE.

We came for burning during urination. The provider ordered no lab work. She referred us to a urologist. Did not seem knowledgeable or confident.

Some training on protocol when greeting patients when they come into the office for the 1st time; and their attitude in responding to patients' questions and needs. The receptionist and staff who drew blood leave an unpleasant taste.?

She's an awesome provider. She always gets me in when I need to get in. She answers all my questions if I need any questions answered. So Krista Brown is a good health care provider.

The receptionist at the first desk (when you walk in) always seems like she has an attitude when you come to the office. Even though my provider is excellent the receptionists are the first ones you encounter and this particular lady puts a sour taste in your mouth!!!

Krista Brown is a phenomenal physician. She's been taking care of me for years. I drive over 40 miles just to see her because of the level of care she provides.

Very customer friendly and attentive dud more than I expected

The provider, Ms. Brown, she actually came in the room for a lap cope when I had my blood drawn. She actually held my hand even though I got stuck two times and even though my arm is now purple blue and kind of red and it's all bruised up and everything. But Ms. Brown did hold my hand. So, you know, I appreciate that. Thank you.
